I saw one in New Mexico that got same day oath. and then there is New Jersey as you say. Doesn't Seattle do it also? I don't know though. I know Kansas City don't it takes months for them normally unfortunately!
Yes, seattle office does do same day oath. It seems that seattle office is doing same day oath right after N400 interview and you can get your certificate the same day.

Hey guys!
I just came back from my naturalization ceremony. The interview lasted about one hour, going through the N-400 application, taking Civic, reading, and writing tests. I was approved on the spot. Then, a same day oath was performed. I received my naturalization certificate the same day right after my interview.
Thank you guys for all your help throughout the journey!
Best of luck, everyone!!

Does anyone know if Seattle Field office offers same day ceremonies on Fridays?

And you filed in December 2019? I filed in September 2019 and nothing yet.
I was surprised as well. I was expecting it to be probably next year. Then, suddenly I got a text update saying that my interview was scheduled. I literally do not know how the scheduling system works...

Hey guys, I just got my N-400 interview notice online. It says my interview is in two weeks. Is it normal? I thought USCIS usually gives 4-6 weeks of notice. The letters shows my interview time is 7:15AM and online it says the office does not open until 8AM? I am a little confused...
PS: my interview is not rescheduled interview. I was not scheduled prior to COVID-19. This is my first interview.

That's a very short time period from interview notice to interview date. It's typically been closer to 4-6 weeks.
Yeah.... I am surprised as well....not sure what's going on...

Does anyone know how long it takes for the interview letter to show up under document tab?

Nice! That’s encouraging to hear. What was your case estimate time for the N400?
My Estimated case completion time is March 2021(9 months) and estimated wait time is 8 months. Since I am scheduled for an interview, I concur with many other members that the time on MyUSCIS is not entirely accurate....

Just wanted to share with you guys that I received a text message stating that my interview is scheduled today and a interview notice will be mailed to me. It is finally moving!!
My timeline:
I filed my N-400 on 12/21/2019 online. My biometrics was scheduled on 01/17/2020, but I walked in to have my biometrics taken on 01/02/2020. No questions asked. I hadn't heard from USCIS since then. Suddenly, I got a text message update from USCIS this morning telling me that my interview is scheduled!!
I filed my I-751 on 12/27/2018, got fingerprinted on 05/01/2018. I had not heard anything till 02/03/2020. It said my case was transferred. Then it was changed to new card is being produced on 05/21, case was approved on 05/22/2020, then card was mailed to me on 05/27/2020.
I will keep you guys updated once I receive my interview notice.
Clarification: I was not scheduled an interview prior to COVID-19 so this is my first interview- Amadia, Giovanna024, IowacityGuy and 2 others

Did anyone contact their senator or congressman/congresswoman regarding their citizenship application? Was it helpful?

Hi Justwaiting2018.
So happy to read your post since I'm having a very similar to your timeline and still waiting. I really regretted that I applied N-400 while I-751 is pending since the waiting seems to be stretched out endlessly.
I really hope that my I-751 would end up like yours.
When was your I-751's status changed to "transferred to another office"?
Mine was transferred from Jan 2020. It's been 4 months already and still nothing
My case was transferred from CSC to NBC In early February, 2020. I did not hear anything back for almost 3.5 months. Then suddenly, my status changed to case approved and card is in production. Hope this helps!

Congrats!! what was your status before this and when did you apply for the i751?
Thank you!
The status before was "We transferred your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, to another USCIS office that now has jurisdiction over your case." Then suddenly it changed to "We ordered your new card." yesterday. This morning it changed to "case was approved".
I applied in 12/27/2018. So its about 15.5 months since I applied.
Hope that help!

Wow this is amazing! Congratulations!!! I hope my case can be processed the same too!
If you don't mind me asking, is your case for I-751 pretty straight forward? Did it get transfered to NBC like many of ours did?
Thank you!!
My case was transferred to National Benefit Center from California Service Center in early 02/2020. Then, the status suddenly changed to new card is in production and case is approved yesterday and this morning, respectively. I hope this info help! Hope you can get approved soon!!

Hey hope everyone is doing well! I have a question. I have both my I-751 and my N-400 pending. However, my I-751 just got approved today and card was in production yesterday. I thought I was going to have both cases adjudicated together. Apparently, it's not the case. Does anyone of you experience this? Not sure how long I have to wait for N-400(pending since December. 2019)
Let me know what you guys think!
Thanks!

Finally!! I just received text and email yesterday and today, which states that "new card is in production" and " my case was approved"
PS: I had both I-751 and N-400 pending. However, my I751 is approved and N-400 has no movement

Me too! Did you add the i751 case in there?
I did add I751 to that website and I can check both cases in one place.

I think your i 751 will be updated soon, since it got transferred to National Benefit Center.. Did you add your i751 in the website to check both cases? ( The site you filed the n400) OR did you file in paper?! I am asking because when i entered in my uscis account to check the n400 status, there is a option that says “ Add a paper filler case” and i dont know if should I put my i751 number case there
I filed my I-751 in paper and I filed my N-400 online on MyUSCIS Account. So I am able to check both cases on MyUSCIS account

What office are you? I am SRC. Do you have n400 together, did you do biometrics? Where they trabsfered your case?

Initially, my case was in CSC. It got transferred to local office on 02/03/2020, then got transferred again on 02/04/2020 to national benefit center. I do have my N-400 pending. I did my biometrics for both i-715 (04/30/2019) and N-400 (01/02/2020). I have a feeling that it's going to be a long wait....

I am not sure if I did anything special. When I filed my N-400, I also had my I-751 pending. My I-751 was pending for over 18 months. So maybe that's the difference? I also asked senator to make an inquiry about my I-751 since it was pending too long(did not ask for help on the N-400).
So maybe I-751 was the difference?
