Important Notice on Missing Documents: If a required document is unavailable per the country-specific guidelines, you do not need to scan the document into your CEAC. However, if you cannot obtain a required document for another reason, you must submit a detailed written explanation to NVC when you scan your other documents. During your visa interview, the consular officer will determine whether you must obtain the missing document before a visa can be issued. As a general rule, any document that is listed as “available” on the country-specific guidelines must be reviewed by a consular officer. Failure to obtain all required documents will delay your case.

Her BC will be needed for NVC and she will need to bring the original and a photo copy to her visa interview.

Your birth certificate that shows your mom’s name as your mother.  I am not positive if you will need your mother’s BC at the time of the interview, but you may.

We had our combo interview on 11/07 and was approved for I-751 as well as the N-400. It was immediately updated on the USCIS Website that we were approved and should receive notice in the mail which we received yesterday. However the noticed stated he won't receive a 10 year green card since he will be having his oath ceremony for naturalization. I can guarantee your I-751 was approved because you wouldn't be having an oath ceremony. BTW, congratulations!

Yes, to take the oath you must have an approved i751. Naturalization can not happen until the i751 is approved. In our case it took 3 weeks for both the i751 and the n400 to be approved. Then the oath ceremony was scheduled for 3 weeks after approval. 

A web search for what happens when you take oath  with I-751 pending comes  up empty so far. I don’t know what happens. For example can USCIS summarily denaturalize you if you take oath before I-751 is approved?
 
Or does taking oath  legally imply a pending I-751 is approved?
 
I would schedule a consultation with an attorney a week before your oath to get advice. 

I think that your I-751 has either been approved or will be done prior to your Oath ceremony.  It is possible paperwork just has not caught up yet....it is USCIS, afterall  

I wouldn't worry about online status. When you receive the Oath Ceremony Notice in mail, that means you're only a step away from becoming a US citizen! I-751 online status is irrelevant, if your oath is scheduled. It's likely not updated, but it was approved.

You can upload evidence for the n400 case at the https://my.uscis.gov/ website under the documents tab. If you filed the n400 online you use that site to file.
For the i751 you will need to wait for an interview to add evidence.
