Did you get a DQ email after? 

The message says:

NVC cannot review your submitted documents until we have received all the required documents....blah blah blah.

We re-submitted everything on Feb 28th (Second submission because we got RFE, they need sponsor's W2) but all the documents are still showing "submitted".

My husband called NVC and the lady said it was a 'system error'.

DId anyone experienced the same and did you got DQ afterwards?

We submitted Tax Return but we got an RFE, the message below:

"Please submit every Form W-2/1099 on Thomas's submitted tax transcript or tax return."

So sorry to hear that, I also got an RFE on Feb (first submission on Dec) and i resubmitted on Feb 29th. They're asking for sponsor's W2's. What's your RFE?

Yeah, I saw a lot of April approvals recently, it just doesn't make any sense. Does it mean there are two teams working on the cases.. one as per the timeline (Feb now) and other is on April onwards. 🤔 So frustrating.

Our case was reviewed by NVC, first submission is Dec 24th. We got RFE 😢

They need our co sponsor's W2 (we only submitted Tax Transcript). Second submission Feb 28.

Here we go again......waiting game.

We got married in Seychelles, we wanted a beach wedding and the paperworks is much easier there. Hassle free for both of us since we're both expats.

Thanks, I live in Dubai and Interview embassy will be in Abu Dhabi, UAE. I heard that they're very busy there and they're backlogged hence the delay 😢 

I'm just wondering if the DQ is from NVC or Embassy.

Philippines is really fast compared to other countries. They're so lucky

I'm wondering if Abu Dhabi Embassy is still delayed in giving IL after CC? How many days normally?

We are still waiting for DQ from NVC submitted on Dec 24, 2019.

It's been 5 weeks now and no update. 

Anyone here had their interview in Abu Dhabi, UAE? Can you please share your experience and what questions the consul asked or documents they require? 

Also, for those who will have their upcoming interview, can you please share your timeline.
