Just wanted to provide an update for the next person doing this process in Lima, Peru. We received our visa in hand after 3 days. We choose the Lima Document Service Center as the pick up location since it was directly next to the embassy. If you choose DHL it might take longer. We received an email telling us it was ready for pickup. The website stays as appointment, however, it does update with a tracking number. We received our email 3 PM Lima time. Looks like the IL emails gets sent off at 4 AM EST. I received the DQ exactly 1 month ago on July 19th.

Congrats as well! Can you update us when you receive the passport? While I'm a different embassy, I wanted to just a sense of how long it takes on average.

Nope, I've been patiently waiting, so I never contacted them. I've been using VJ to get a general estimation of when I should receive a notice.

Just got the DQ email!!! Signature has a full timeline. I noticed they update the DQ on the website 40 minutes before they sent out the email. There's probably no pattern to it, but it does mean you can probably login to the website and get your status before the email is sent.

Seeing the number of RFE due to missing w2 forms, I submitted the last 3 years of tax forms, 2 years of w2, and my most recent pay stub. All the documents were accepted so I think it's better to be safe than sorry here.

Woke up this morning with DQ! Resubmitted 6/15.

Resubmitted on June 12..took nearly 4 weeks for a c.c but finally got it. Originally submitted on April 4 but they kept rejecting the AOS saying it was difficult to read 

for others that might see this thread.. She ended up having her immunizations done the same day of the medical check. Since she had no records they gave her three which cost S/.370.

Is the W2 accepted as well? Maybe you already clicked the main submit button. The files that were accepted don't need to be reuploaded. 

For the second screenshot, right above the REQUIRED AOS doc is there a "Submit" button on the upper right corner? Mine is in the submitted state, I clicked the button again and it didn't do anything. Maybe it's since my require documents had the RFE versus the optional. 

Ok so here's what you do, fill via the computer all the pages except the one where you need to sign. Print the entire form, sign and date using black ink, then scan form back unto the computer. Using ILOVEPDF.COM  compress using the lowest quality compress then save to computer then upload.

USCIS stated on their case tracker that they shipped mine out on April 22nd. I received an email from "National_Visa_Center@state.gov" on May 20th. The subject line of the email was "Notice of Immigrant Visa Case Creation". My guess is that you will probably receive it next week.
