My case was ready on the 4th and updated today so I'm guessing I get p3 soon?

I'm pregnant and due may 31. I plan on booking my interview end of June beginning of July. Not having to rush the process now has lifted so much anxiety. So much better this way!

Called last night and got my case # which was made Feb 27. Just got email saying they sent it to the Montreal embassy. Yay

Normally with proof of a letter of appointment from a consulate/embassy, yes, you can request expedited service...
 
However, It looks like they are not even allowing expedition for birth certificates at this time in Ontario---all of the info regarding emergency expedition/in person expedition/ online premium processing/etc. have "not available at this time" listed on their website.
 
Instead, they are asking anyone to contact their customer service line if they need to request expedited service....good luck.

My NOA2 was January 29. I'm due may 31 with our baby so I plan on doing the interview after that now no sense in rushing since Montreal seems so backed up

I got my RFE in 5 days and approved in 4 days I've been lucky so far! Crossing my fingers.

Just checking in to see if anyone around NOA2 of 1/25 has called for an update. I called this morning and they said they received my case yesterday, which is just shy of two weeks from NOA2 to NVC receipt. This seems quick compared to some recent timelines (which is of course great news to me!) but I am wondering if anyone else can corroborate this surprisingly short turn around (edit to add they did not have a case number when I called, got the canned eight weeks response but will call again on Monday) 😁

For all the August approvals let's hope our cases get to NVC quickly. They are so far behind close to a month for it to possibly be sent to embassy 

My fiance (petitioner) just sent off our RFE response today, I'm so nervous 😣The next set of waiting begins, wish us luck!  😅I will be sure to post an update once there has been some form of response.

Just follow the thread for the NOA2 to NVC thread. People who got noa2 Jan 2 just go theirs sent to embassy today. They only send them in batches usually twice a month.

If you have been following the January filers that received NOA2 to NVC people from beginning on the month still don't have there's at the NVC. Let alone the amount of time to get to the embassy. Trust me I really hope it is that fast. I'm stressing alot with a baby due may 31 and hoping I get this done by then. I have my fingers crossed for august filers.
