    😮 My ROC is Pending at LIN too and we read that its better to apply N400 for LIN filers as the LIN processing time is slowest..also since there have been reforms to make N400 processing faster last year. We thought its good to apply N400. This was the whole reason to even apply for N400 and i think it helped.

    I was also very skeptical about Seattle's processing time even when I submitted AOS..but it was actually faster (6months) too..i researched about it too n just came across a post saying that if u have K1 n K2 dependent it actually processes faster..i was unsure at first but i think it might be actually true...Anyone else here from Seattle ??

    I applied N 400 online on Nov 6 2022. Today I got an update that N400 interview is scheduled for March 8. I 751 is pending at LIN..( 1 year 2 months )...I am excited but super nervous as well..N400 service center is Seattle ..interview is at Tukwila.

    I submitted my N400 yesterday and i got bio reuse notice within 30 minutes. It will be available online in documents section.

    I dont think so .LIN filers are already facing so much delay in processing i751.

    Nevermind I was checking in from my cell phone. Now i checked it in laptop and i can see the document section . I see the two notices thr 😊

    I agree too I dont see my life getting affected by how slow i 751 processs is .I feel like USCIS is not to blame. There are so many applications. I feel like thr life might b hard too processing all those applications. Atleast the system is efficient enough to give us almost all the rights here except to vote. I am in no rush but still i will go ahead n apply for N400 when the window will open just to get US passport and travel freely around the world without needing visas 😁😁

    How long it took you for N400 after application submission? I am LIN n seattle too . My window opens on 29 Oct. Also after window opened how long did you wait to submit N400?

    We are same sex couple. We applied for fiance visa in 2018. I came from developing country (India) my now wife is american citizen. India considered same sex relationship crime till late 2018 . Still we went ahead applied for K1 visa. I applied for B1 for US got rejected. My wife came to India 3 times in 2 years of time period. We went to Thailand for vacation and we got engaged thr ( Thailand is really nice and gay Friendly country). Our K1 visa got approved without any issues . Everyone in US embassy in India treated us nicely and without any bias. The whole process went smoothly 😊. So dont worry about anything. If your relationship is genuine no one can stop you.I am happily married to my wife now 😊

    So finally after requesting address change twice and sending a letter by post to USCIS. They said they have updated the address for my daughter in thr system 😏 and today i got the notice which earlier showed was returned back to USCIS bcz address was not correct according to them. Anyways i have received a receipt notice for my daughter and it was not a RFE (thank God) Still weird they sent me two notices for her and both of them have 24 months validity.

    😲😲😲😲😲I felt kinda similar but in negative way yesterday when my status shows notice was returned back to uscis on 23 march .

    I just chatted with Emma live in USCIS webpage with two different people. They told me it was extension letter/ reciept notice. That is weird bcz i already have extension letter for me n my daughter both. Agent helped create a service request and asked me to wait 30 days anyways

    I am just worried that it say March 23 they sent it and its already more than 90 days and we dont even know what it is n what to respond . This whole process sucks 😭
