For Dallas Office, please bring your USC spouse with you on the interview day. From your timeline, 99% you will get a combo interview and officers will ask for USC spouse. While waiting on the 2nd floor for my spouse N400, I see Officer asked many applicants if USC was with them and they interview both.
With my spouse join interview(I751, then N400), officer asked my spouse if I was with her, and interview both of us.I751 interview really simple since our case is solid. N400 was the same: standard civil test questions, Yes and No questions on the N400 form, then reading and writing on the tablet. Status changed to oath ceremony will be scheduled 30 mins after we left Dallas field office

Not always. You may be asked for US citizen spouse's birth or naturalization certificate. Sometimes IO need to confirm the source of US citizenship.
You can and should obtain another one. If not for N-400, then it may be useful in the future.

Bring whatever they ask for.   US passport is only evidence of citizenship, not how it was obtained (by birth or other).

Sorry for the late post - Life got busy. I was also worried about the Biometrics Waiver letter. I got mine on 8/16 last Monday dated on 8/11. My case is also based at the Texas Service Center.

As you're looking for a little information - I actually filed in October of last year with Dallas my field office as well. Took me until May to receive my EAD/AP but I believe the processing times are a lot faster right now, so hopefully no-one is really waiting 7-9 months, however there was a case from someone who filed last October whom only received their EAD/AP approval after 341 days.... which is crazy. Anyway, I also then received my 'Your Interview has been Scheduled' message in August and just last week Monday (09/16) had my interview. Received my Green Card a week after that - so there seems to be some hope in the GC interviews being within the year. 

Hope this helps some - also Dallas LFO pretty awesome, they're very well organised and as long as you're organised they definitely are easy going. I'd also suggest adding at least 30mins - 1hr to travel times because the roads around the LFO can get very congested in the mornings and if an accident happens you're most likely to get stuck in stand still traffic that can take an extremely long time to clear.

So as some of y'all know, I had my EAD/AP combo card being produced this week. Well, today I also got my Green Card appointment date! @rrobin0609 and I predicted July 29th, but we have August 6th which is a good timeframe.
 
Also, since I discovered my EAD/AP combo card was being produced, I finally began applying for jobs. On that note, is it just me or is it SOOOOO frustrating when the online applications ask you to upload a resumé or curriculum vitae so that they can 'autofill' all the fields...and then nothing autofills correctly and it looks like a jumbled mess. Yup, me too. Anyway, I applied for 3 positions at my local Best Buy as I am quite technical with significant repair experience for my own from-home business...and well...

I GOT A JOB INTERVIEW THE DAY AFTER I APPLIED for a pretty senior/mid level repair technician position.
 
I explained the situation about my legal status in the US, explained I am legal to work now I am just waiting on my combo card in the mail etc and would need the day off for my GC interview and she was totally fine with everything and said it would not be a problem.
 
Based on my experience, I do not believe EAD/AP makes a damn bit of difference vs having Green Card to employers. I'd seen somewhere on VJ that employers didn't like hiring without GCs.  Hopefully this should lift the spirits of a few people on here!

Hopefully I smash the interview on Monday and will be working within 2 weeks. I have missed making money! 

Our cases were definitely in the same box @NikkiFromCanada!!!! HAHAHAHAHA, exactly the same PD date and we got it at the same day!
I got the e-mail yesterday at 10:30PM, "New Card is being produced" 😁😁😁😁
This was such a great timing, because the starting date for my job is in a week and a half, and I still need to move across states... my life is always exciting, lol

Uhm just thinking I was using a UK VPN when I first tried going on the forms and I got the same message as you - maybe try a free US vpn? Maybe your IP address is not registering as a US one? I know I had a few problems getting the form to work the first few times too so yeh.

The only other thing that I could think of trying is trying a different computer if you can get a hold of one...

I don't know why I ever contact USCIS. Every time I do, I hang up in tears. Just spoke to a tier 2 officer and she was soooo rude and condescending. I am currently out of normal processing times according to the USCIS website, and still no sign of EAD and no one at USCIS cares or has any answers and I cannot even submit a legitimate case inquiry without manipulating my PD, because the USCIS website which shows October 24 as the receipt date for a case inquiry is WRONG according to USCIS!! I need strength to get through this because I cannot take much more. I am going to have to cancel my wedding back home in October, which is DEVASTATING. 

So I'm back to waiting for EAD I guess. I know that after Green Card interview, my status can sit at "Interview Was Completed And My Case Must Be Reviewed" for months, so I'm forgetting I even had the interview, and I'm back to waiting for EAD. I'm almost at 7 months. I let myself get my hopes up too high leading up to the interview an now I honestly think I'm slipping into a depression. 

Just wanted to say a BIG thank you to the people on this forum, today the mail man delivered my 2 year conditional green card!

Received the NOA on I-765 & 131 in mail - May 4, 2019
Card is mailed to me - May 6, 2019
 
204 days as of today...well, almost 7 months! Can’t believe it...anyway, good luck on all the Oct filers!!!!

Good luck to everyone having their interviews soon!  @NikkiFromCanada I feel you on the waiting and relying on someone, so frustrating and emotionally draining! 

Still waiting on the work permit... but hey at least we're the lucky ones now, did anyone see the when the dates changed for processing inquiries for us to forward to 8th October the dates for all other applicants to the 31st May 2018... when the day before they were showing Mid-Sept dates. I feel even sorrier for those people... at least ours was just backdated a month.... can't imagine it going back 3-4 months...

After 8 bloody months I cannot describe the relief!! HAPPY FRIDAY EVERYONE!!!!!

I feel grateful and i got an offer letter one day after my EAD is approved...what a great timing so I really want to get the combo card ASAP so I can travel back home to visit my mom and family before I start working...if I get the card one day sooner that means I can spend one day more with my family...

Mine showed as New Card in Production first and today it showed 'Case was approved' I think now you have the approval - try to relax on how many times you check it, I know it's hard to do but you'll probably cause yourself stress like that I think the mailed notice should probably come after a week or so (might be sooner - depends if there are any production delays I think). But yeh enjoy the fact you've been approved, go out and celebrate and think of all the things you'll be free to do soon
