My lawyer says we will get a paper notice.

Seems like a mass update and I hope it bodes well. Lawfully gives us a 64 percent chance of approval by July 19, 2022

You'll get a notice about biometrics, whether they will require them or reuse the ones you did for AOS.

If they did that, in my opinion it would be a discriminatory practice because some of us can’t have kids…. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Packet received Arizona P.O. Box 10/28/21

Moved 3x to 3 different states since her conditional GC got approved so this should be interesting. Kept up with change of address with USCIS though both sponsor and beneficiary. And now we wait. 🙃

Manchester, NH field office. Our officer was thorough, kind and humane. We were interviewed separately - Petitioner first, beneficiary next. When I (Petitioner) was asked to join my spouse, we were told of the approval of our application. The whole interview lasted 30mins.

The officer went through the following:
    - our history - starting with our I-129 application
    - about my first marriage (I was asked to provide my first marriage certificate, which I didn't have) + divorce papers
    - beneficiary's relationship with Petitioner's family
    - nickname for each other

    Submitted the following documents:
    - joint bank account
    - medical insurance
    - life insurance
    - lease agreement
    - HSA cards showing beneficiary name
    - credit card showing beneficiary as additional user

When we got home, checked our status online and it said card is being produced. Goodluck to everyone else waiting! Happy Holidays to everyone celebrating!

Hello. I am just looking for some advice. I have been trying to breakup with my husband for months. I keep asking him to leave and he doesn't want to. His conditional green card expired in August. He knew that I wanted to breakup and I wouldn't be going through the renewal process and I told him repeatedly go home before it expired. I have been treated like garbage since he has been here in 2016. I don't want to have to involve the police but I just want to get a divorce and be done. I don't really have the money for a lawyer and I was just going to do a DIY divorce but not sure he will sign. He is using me for a place to stay while he goes to work and makes money to spend on marijuana and to send back to his family. It's all so ridiculous and I just found out he is on a dating site. Any thoughts?  Thanks!

Hey all, thought I'd update too. We had our interview on the 31st at Jacksonville. It didn't take too long. In the interview we were asked for ID, both birth certificates and marriage certificate, then asked for evidence of relationship (handed over dependent ID, photocopied proof of joint bank accounts, house deed, health insurance, credit card authorization,  plane ticket receipts), went through the I-485, and then we were asked a couple of questions as a couple - where did you meet, who proposed, what do you love about each other, plans for the future, plans to have children. We weren't approved on the spot so we were a little worried but by 5th Nov we had the NOA stating approved which was dated the 31st. Greencard came a couple of days later. Good luck!

Hi guys. We just had our interview. It took like 30 minutes and a lot of questions was asked like how we first met, all from k1 visa until we married. The lady is nice and chatting with us. She interview us together. She didn't say we are approved but told us we will hear for them in 30 days.. but when i checked our status online now it's approved. Finally we can breathe until ROC. She gave us conditional 2 years since we just got married. She gave us the paper instruction for removal of condition. Goodluck to everyone! Will enjoy our time for now. ❤️
