Since DS-5540 officially implemented for beneficiary of k1 visa. So, is there anyone in VJ has already had any experience on filling in the quetionnaire ? Because I have  confusion on which part is applicable for k1 and whis part isn't applicable. Kindly give me advice about it.

No need to send it by mail to your beneficiary. Scanned file is accepted. Don't waste your time and money

Since there is a new form would be applied starting on February 24, 2020.. Please upload / provide us with a completed form I-944 as our guidance , especially for all the people who moved to the U.S with k1 visa and will file for AOS.
 
Trust me, the existing completed forms you've been uploaded are very helpful (well, at least for myself).

In my case, my fiance got the hard copy in his mail box exactly a week after he got noa1 by text. u will see on the top right of ur hard copy it'll stated the "notice date". That's your noa1 date.. for me it's the same date as the date when we got the text. 
 

Our petition received by USCIS PO BOX on November 5, 2019. I guess the waiting game started from now on. So excited!

Cause this company makes me improved, gives me a lot of lessons.. the ppl there is my family from 8-5. I guess u will never leave ur family like "Oh, I've got the love of my life bye mom, bye dad" right away
