Hi guys....i justtttt can’t believe that m writing this .. my case has been APPROVED TODAY...yehh.. survived.!!!! I was the most desperate one i guess with no EAD nothing. 
I m writing my timeline below 
09-01-2019 - applied i360, i485 and i765(c31)
10/14/2019- biometrics done. they sent RFE in same month for bona fide marriage and good moral character 
12/23/2019- they received RFE
 After that it was a long silence till today, i was so shocked to see that it was approved. So please all of you stay strong if i can get approved all of us can.!!

hello folks, I just attended my interview this morning. I arrived at 9 am and wait about 1 hour and half. when I came in the officer's office, he said that is the easy case. And then he asked yes or no questions. When I prepareing for answer more specific questions, the officer said it's ok. He will need 4 weeks to make a decision. it's so weird that he never ask me some specific questions. can anyone tell me is it normal? I don't know what to do now. Hope you guys have a wonderful day.

hello folks, I just attended my interview this morning. I arrived at 9 am and wait about 1 hour and half. when I came in the officer's office, he said that is the easy case. And then he asked yes or no questions. When I prepareing for answer more specific questions, the officer said it's ok. He will need 4 weeks to make a decision. it's so weird that he never ask me some specific questions. can anyone tell me is it normal? I don't know what to do now. Hope you guys have a wonderful day.

Hi folks, I was wondering if you guys have the same question like me. When I used old USCIS website (https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/logoff.do) to check my i485 status, it indicated “At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case.” When I used new website (https://myaccount.uscis.gov/), it indicated the normal details: “we received your case”. Then I called USCIS line to check my status, I got the same response with the first one (cannot find your information). I will talk to my attorney on tomorrow and let them call to the USCIS to check it. But if you guys have some opinions, please tell me. Thanks a lot!!

Dear VJ Family i wanna share something with you, like 30:40 minutes ago i receive the best update on my VAWA I-360 Petition, i got my petition approved 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀 😭😭😭. Finally after  after all the suffering stress and worries i got my petition approved. Can someone tell me what will be the next step and i know that this may be a stupid question but can they change there mind and make a another update and say your petition is denied ??

Hello folks. I received the email from USCIS on this morning. I guess my case was approved. I’m a male petitioner that based on mental abuse. So please don’t trust anyone who said vawa doesn’t work for male. I just want to thank to everyone who on this forum. Thank you for your selfless help to everyone.
