I hope you get it in the next few days!

I want them to be done with 2021 too.  Once they get to 2022, only January, August, and September have large amount of cases.  February is the next one with the most cases, but March-July they are minimal, so they should get through those "faster".

Just got new status - New card is being produced. 🥳 It took 890 days for them to approve my case

According to another user from another thread I posted, it appears this is their new approach to lowering the processing times for 751.  So, rather than working from oldest to newest, they are processing all the new cases submitted now within weeks to a month.  SMH.

At this point how do you think is it better to start N-400 now? Just checked processing time for Potomac - went up to 29 months

  3. Hello guys.

My former boss asked for help.

He've got a ticket in 2016 in Vegas for speeding but didn't pay it and returned home. Now he's about to apply for another B1/B2 visa and would like to pay this ticket online. But the problem is that he lost his ticket... So, all I have is his passport info and previous visa. I've tried to look for his case on lvjcpa.clarkcountynv.gov/ but  no cases matched search criteria.

    What else can I do?

In that case, it will probably be up to the prerogative of the IO. This is from the I-693 instructions:

What if I am a K nonimmigrant visa holder and already had a medical examination overseas?
    Form I-693 Instructions 07/15/19 Page 8 of 12
If you were admitted as a:
    A. K-1 fiancé(e) or a K-2 child of a K-1 fiancé(e); or
    B. K-3 spouse of a U.S. citizen or a K-4 child of a K-3 spouse of a U.S. citizen; and
    C. You received a medical examination prior to admission, then:
    (1) You are not required to have another medical examination as long as you file your Form I-485 within one year
of an overseas medical examination; and

    (a) The panel physician did not find a class A medical condition during your overseas examination; or
    (b) The panel physician did find a class A medical condition, you received a waiver of inadmissibility, and
you have complied with the terms and conditions of the waiver.

    (2) Even if a new medical examination is not required, you must still show proof that you complied with the
vaccination requirements. If the vaccination record (DS 3025) was not properly completed and included as
part of the original overseas medical examination report, you will need to have the Part 10. Vaccination
Record completed by a designated civil surgeon. In this case, you must submit Parts 1. - 5., 7., and 10.
    of Form I-693.

So, it seems as long as you filed for AOS within the year after your medical, you should be okay. You may want to print the I-693 instructions and highlight this part in case you run into any issues.

Oh, thank you so much for this (F):dancing:

Moving shouldnt be a reason you dont apply right away. It's a simple phonecall or online form to complete to update your address.

What's the concern about moving and how do you think that will affect you?

We had some troubles with getting our mail,  currently live in apartment comlex, maybe that's the reason.. - _-

The concern is - can I get an RFE for sending AOS/EAD/AP forms after I-94 expiration date? it will be around two months since that date..
