I hope you get it in the next few days!
I want them to be done with 2021 too. Once they get to 2022, only January, August, and September have large amount of cases. February is the next one with the most cases, but March-July they are minimal, so they should get through those "faster".
Just got new status - New card is being produced. 🥳 It took 890 days for them to approve my case
-
I'm an October 2021 filler, hopefully I'll get approved soon 🤞
-
October 2021, no status changes, 837 days since they received the case
-
This is ridiculous and so discouraging... I see approved cases that were received in January 2023 (!!!). And those whos papers were received in 2021 are stuck in limbo😡

According to another user from another thread I posted, it appears this is their new approach to lowering the processing times for 751. So, rather than working from oldest to newest, they are processing all the new cases submitted now within weeks to a month. SMH.
At this point how do you think is it better to start N-400 now? Just checked processing time for Potomac - went up to 29 months
-
October 2021 filler. Just got 48 months extension letter from USCIS. Looks like that Potomac service center is the slowest one 😞 Starting to think about filing N-400 now

No. Why can't he call them? Why are you sorting out his problem? Tell him to stop being so lazy and sort out his own problems.
Well, he can't call because his English is very poor. I'm trying to help because I worked for him for almost 10 years and he helped me couple of times and I want to return the favor.

You think they will tell something to me? I'm a third party And I only have copy of his passport and previous visa

Hello guys.
My former boss asked for help.
He've got a ticket in 2016 in Vegas for speeding but didn't pay it and returned home. Now he's about to apply for another B1/B2 visa and would like to pay this ticket online. But the problem is that he lost his ticket... So, all I have is his passport info and previous visa. I've tried to look for his case on lvjcpa.clarkcountynv.gov/ but no cases matched search criteria.
What else can I do?

In that case, it will probably be up to the prerogative of the IO. This is from the I-693 instructions:
What if I am a K nonimmigrant visa holder and already had a medical examination overseas?
Form I-693 Instructions 07/15/19 Page 8 of 12
If you were admitted as a:
A. K-1 fiancé(e) or a K-2 child of a K-1 fiancé(e); or
B. K-3 spouse of a U.S. citizen or a K-4 child of a K-3 spouse of a U.S. citizen; and
C. You received a medical examination prior to admission, then:
(1) You are not required to have another medical examination as long as you file your Form I-485 within one year
of an overseas medical examination; and
(a) The panel physician did not find a class A medical condition during your overseas examination; or
(b) The panel physician did find a class A medical condition, you received a waiver of inadmissibility, and
you have complied with the terms and conditions of the waiver.
(2) Even if a new medical examination is not required, you must still show proof that you complied with the
vaccination requirements. If the vaccination record (DS 3025) was not properly completed and included as
part of the original overseas medical examination report, you will need to have the Part 10. Vaccination
Record completed by a designated civil surgeon. In this case, you must submit Parts 1. - 5., 7., and 10.
of Form I-693.So, it seems as long as you filed for AOS within the year after your medical, you should be okay. You may want to print the I-693 instructions and highlight this part in case you run into any issues.
Oh, thank you so much for this

haha don't worry you should be good as long as it's been under a year since you did your medical
Well, my medical exam for K-1 visa was in the end of October 2018, so it will be a year and almost a month by November 19th, my interview date. That's why I'm nervous a little bit
-

You already submitted your medical at POE so all you need to bring is your vaccination sheet (DS-3025)
Oh, that's good I'm so nervous and don't feel like doing another medical exam, not a big fan of doctors
-
I'm a bit confused.. Reading the checklist of what I need to bring for interview and it says "A completed medical examination (Form I-693) and vaccination supplement in a sealed envelope (unless already submitted)". Does it mean that I have to do another medical exam or I can bring the one I did for K-1 visa?

Hey, guys.
I have a question - do I still need to send G-325a form for AOS?
-
K1visaHopeful, thank you
I have one more question - we want to visit Florida in the end of March and since my I-94 expired last month and we haven't apply for AOS yet, is it possible that I\ll have problems at the airport?

Moving shouldnt be a reason you dont apply right away. It's a simple phonecall or online form to complete to update your address.
What's the concern about moving and how do you think that will affect you?
We had some troubles with getting our mail, currently live in apartment comlex, maybe that's the reason.. - _-
The concern is - can I get an RFE for sending AOS/EAD/AP forms after I-94 expiration date? it will be around two months since that date..
-
Guys, need your help.
My I-94 expired in the end of February and we still didn't send papers for AOS/EAD/AP because we're moving to another city in May. So, my question is - will I have any problems since my I-94 expired?
We got married in January

Nope. It's only a problem if your DS-160, your Visa and or your passport are wrong. You can verify the name at your interview with the CO as that is your last place to change it easily.
So, I only need to make sure that my name in DS-160 is written in the same way as in my passport?
-
Guys, just noticed one detail - they misspelled my name in NOA2, English transliteration is Iuliia but they wrote IuLLia, with double L instead double i.. Is that a problem?
