yes, it will stay like that until they actually schedule your interview. The timing will depend on your local field office, which you can check on the USCIS website. 

Finally, our petition for K-1 Visa is approved! God is good all the time! Thank you to my visa journey family. There’s no day that I failed to visit this website whom gave us so much hope that we will get approved next. My fiancé and I are very excited for the next step. Thank you all.

After bringing my husband over here we moved in with my father temporarily until we were able to get on our feet. Shortly after our marriage we got a nice unexpected surprise that I was pregnant! It was a little rough for awhile until my husband was able to start working but here we are 4+ years later in our own place and thriving with our beautiful little girl.
 
My point is...it's not our place to judge how people start their journeys, rather it is our place to help guide them on their journey.

This is the easiest part of the whole process. The CO has already made of their mind. I doubt they will ask more then 3-5 questions. He'll be in front of the CO less then 15 min. Maybe more like 5. Good luck to the both of you.

My fiance is having his interview today! I am not going to sleep until he calls me after, its going to be a long night tonight, I can't believe its almost over. 10 more hours and we finally get the approval we have been waiting for! 

I’m so glad I can report that we got approved at our interview today, it lasted 5min with quite easy questions, I’ll post a full review once my fiancé is back in the us

I'm so happy for you guys. Now you just have a little housekeeping to do. Get the visa, tickets, rice cooker, clean the house and other things we can't talk about.  I'm wishing you all the best. Don't forget to get the Social Security Number in the first week after she arrives. You'll need that to add her to the bank accts. etc.

Just called uscis for the heck of it and I was approved. 
Noa1 old site: Jan 8
noa1 new site: Jan 10
rfe: 7/27. Rec in mail on 8/2
rfe response: sent 8/2 acknowledged by uscis 8/7. Was delivered to them 8/5
noa2: 8/14
 
hufe relief and a test of patience.

Congrat! We are also in transit. Guess they do send file om Tuesday every two weeks.

You can ignore that part of the message.  It is their standard boilerplate verbiage for all types of visas.  The date will be scheduled through your embassy.
