Hi aminkowz, I actually called them about the same situation since it happened to me earlier this week too and they confirmed that the case is still in line to be scheduled for an interview at the LFO and that they just updated the case to show that the fingerprint review was completed so that's good :)

great, Feb filler also got the same update three weeks ago and he just got his EAD card on Tuesday..so fingers crossed :)

Same thing just happened to me. My case said it was ready to be scheduled for an interview since Apr. 8th and now it says that the fingerprint review was completed as of yesterday for both my AOS and EAD. I wouldn’t think it’s normal but maybe it’s a glitch?

On the plus side, it’s the only update I’ve received on my EAD yet so there’s that lol

I noticed the EAD update as-well, hopefully we will receive positives news soon :)

Oh damn, I did not submit his 2018 tax transcript... was that what got you? He just filed so they didn't have one yet. I submitted his W-2 and 1044 among whatever form TurboTax gave us.

Yes I only submitted 2017 transcripts but they wanted latest tax returns. Fortunately we filed early and the transcripts were already posted on the IRS website.

Good luck to you. I have been waiting to hear a decision on my RFE for almost 58 days now and yet nothing has happy.

Wow.... Then you too are very lucky.

Well I cross my fingers to hear something as well. Submitted my RFE response since February 12. And I am still waiting to hear something.

I know it’s frustrating and I wish you best of luck. We waited for almost month to get NOA1, then received RFE & Biometric later on the same week, RFE response was accepted on 25.

I'm not sure what we'll do and I'm confused as to why you got one since it's technically due in April. My husband is an eye surgeon and because of  the new tax laws, he has filed for an extension since they can't get their head around it. We won't have the 2018 tax for a while.... not sure how we'll get around that.

I hope you don’t get RFE, but if you do, there is no way around it, you will have to respond. You will have 90 days to respond before they consider your AOS abandoned. Most likely you guys will have a return before that due date. Btw, I have a friend who filed 2017 return and is yet to get RFE, they got married this year, so his wife won’t appear on the return. We got married last year, so technically they’ll expect a joint filling. (Just my theory, I could be wrong)

Hi all! Needing some advice. My husband and I filed my AOS packet (i130, i485, i765, & i131) last month. It arrived at the PO Box on 2/27.  Today makes exactly two weeks and we have not heard anything. Checks have not been cashed, no emails, text, or letters in the mail. I'm really trying to be patient, but getting a little worried after reading both February and March's threads. It seems that most people received something just after a few days. I know everyone's case is different. Am I just being impatient?!

Should I contact someone? If so who?

Hey, something similar happen to me, we sent our package on Feb 12th and was received on Feb 14th by the lockbox. They withdraw money from our account on March 7th, nearly 3 weeks after delivery. So be patient, I would recommend you send an Email to the lockbox ( LockboxSupport@uscis.dhs.gov ) and see if they received your application and  processing..etc. I did a day before they cashed our cheque..not sure if it was coincidence or not. Good luck!

Yes, I have heard of such instances, but I will definitely not go for another medical exam because I already had to go through a lot of hassle to get my visa medicals done in India back in December and it cost me a good amount of money. I'm only going to get the vaccine. I have five civil surgeons very close by, but if I get a better deal, I'm ready to look into others.

let me know how it goes, I am also missing  one vaccine. Btw, I know someone who was missing couple of vaccinations and was approved at the interview. She was expecting RFE but was never issued.

Hi guys, Feb 2019 AOS filer.....

I mailed my forms I-864 (affidavit of support) , I-485 (adjustment status), I-765 (employment authorization) and I-131 (travel document) on Feb 16, 2019 along with G-1145 through the USPS and tracked it. It arrived on Feb 19, 2019 but haven't heard anything yet. Not even our check has been cashed. Anyone else with this problem this month?? 😟

Same!! Mine was delivered on Feb 14th, no updates yet.

Looking for some input here, I will continue reading this thread, but I married on 2/2/19, mailed AOS 2/7/19, was delivered 2/9/19, and it took them 17 days to process the payment. Payment to my credit card just processed on 2/26/19. I was thinking I messed something up. Has anyone else paid via credit card and had it take that long. Hopefully I get the noa1 in the next week or so. I was wondering if it is possible it takes them longer to process applications with credit cards compared to cashier's checks or money order? Seems like a long time for me. Thought it would be faster with a credit card. If anyone else used a credit card how long did it take for the charge to show up? Thanks in advance for your input.

Our package was delivered on the 14th, they have yet to withdraw the money (I’m also using credit card) I am planning to give them a call by Friday if there is no updates from them.
