I’m an April filer and it took a few days for the email/text. But I have heard there has been a slow down from May filers and people haven’t got immediate confirmations. Also, there has been major glitches with NOA/extension letters. I’m not sure how June filers are doing but April and May have been messed up. It took me 62 days to receive my extension. There are still people fighting for theirs from April. Be prepared for the wait and ready to file Non delivery of notice if that occurs. If they accept your petition they will send you an extension letter that is valid for 18 months from the expiration date on your greencard. So the proof of your status will be extended with 18 months. This letter together with your expired greencard is valid for work and travel etc, just like a normal valid greencard.
 
Once the ROC is approved you'll get a greencard that is valid for 10 years.
 
There are people who filed in February 2020 who already have their approvals. There are also people who filed back in 2017 who are still waiting. It's impossible to guess how long yours will take.

Picture not necessary unless you want. Looks good but you have to individually pit the docs attached to each Application Form like I-485

Depends on your local USCIS office and their backlog. It's typically about 6-12 months, although some field offices have an 18+ wait still.

It's not required to send wedding photos, but just a couple to include is fine as well. Evidence of a bona fide marriage is evaluated base don the totality of the circumstances, not any single piece of evidence or ceremony. The marriage certificate is all the IO needs to confirm that the marriage is valid (along with any records of dissolution of prior marriages, if any).
 
If the DS-3025 is marked as "US vaccination requirements COMPLETE" and is signed by the panel physician already, - and the medical is still valid (less than 1 year old) - then no US Civil Surgeon is necessary.

Depends on the country. Check the embassy website for your specific country and visa and see the checklist of required documents for the interview. 

I can tell you 100% that, it is a Monday morning 6:30 am in California as I am speaking to my fiancé on the phone and there is no way there were approvals this early....Hence it also doesn't mean a thing, as not all approvals come online. as the example of above post of @Satsuki1

I was approved on February 12 and still the NVC does not receive my case 😔😔

Not sure about Step 9 though. It can be different in your Country. Here we have to schedule the interview online by ourselves depending on avaialble vacant dates.

Yes you can. You just need to write at the end a statement that"who translated when and a sentence explaining the person is capable of understanding and translating these languages"

So So happy today. It seemed like forever. As everyone here knows so well the waiting takes a toll.

The letter was postmarked the 15th. Just received it today in the mail. I did get advanced notice on my informed delivery email this morning but USCIS still shows received.

Thank God we got letter from USCIS already for our NOA2. So this means that we can try calling NVC 8-10 business days from today? And in this case the petitioner will still be receiving notification from NVC or ONLY the beneficiary? Again thank you so much this forum really helps us to have peace of mind. Thank you @Naes and sorry if that bothers you. I just clearly stated asking fir any idea if how long and as to when the 8-10 days will be gauge. I hope you would be happy for us instead of getting frustrated to give us your idea. Anyway, God Bless You. Thanks in anyway that you have helped us. I appreciate your thoughts about it.
