When the 'grab by the p....' stuff broke, I was sitting with my 3 children -- a daughter, and two sons. We all stared at the TV in disbelief. My daughter reminded us of the 'she had blood coming from her wherever...' and also about the mocking of the disabled reporter. My 8-year-old son asked why the man wants to be president but has a dirty mind; and my 2-year-old just stared at everybody else's ashen faces.
 
I wasn't going to bring home a degree to my children signed by such a person. And, oh, yes, I am now in graduate school in the same institution, projected to graduate before the 45th completes his first term. Already know will request that my degree is left unsigned at the Patron's spot.

Actually, this is not Trump's America (Or Obama's or Washington's or Lincoln's). That is why we do not pledge allegiance to the president but to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands.

Go back to my first post. I said nothing about wanting the signature of the 44th. I knew my degree would be signed by the 45th, and if I wanted the 44th, specifically, I would have planned my undergraduate career 'better' to graduate before the 44th left office. My plans changed AFTER the elections, and I either had to suspend my education, or graduate in December.

Anybody outraged by someone doing the same to avoid the signature of the 44th would be a one who has no appreciation and respect for the beauty of the First Amendment.

So you wanted the signature of the 44th, which means absolutely nothing in real life.

This guy/gal would try so hard to avoid a signature of the president on his/her diploma yet has no problem living in Trump’s America.

I had put off applying for citizenship... until he was elected, and it spooked me.
 
I was also one semester short of an undergraduate degree, in a college where all degrees are signed by the president of the United States. When he was elected, I went to my registrar to ask if my 100+ credits would still be valid if I put off my education for 4 years (and possibly 8), because I had no intention of taking home a degree signed by that individual. I ended up almost killing myself taking independent study courses (in addition to already existing courses for Fall 2016 semester), in order to meet requirements that I had planned for Spring 2017, and graduate in December 2016. But it was worth it, my degree has the 44th's signature.

never said i didn't, you don't understand what open borders means. it's not a free for all.
i've never looked at amnesty as a means to 'stem the flow of illegals'. i've looked at it as a means to offer amnesty.

In the county where I live you can follow along the border wall or fence and at a lot of points it randomly just ends. No wall no nothing you simply walk across . Now you think this is out in the desert only . No also along roads etc. Not big ones but dirt roads .
 
You cant compare these two things . The one is a law and in the constitution and will never be changed . The other one is someone breaking current laws and then having them not properly enforced .

So before this incident this was one of the “good” ones we always hear about from the alt left . No insurance and no DL is no biggie. 

This happened in the county beside mine. The ambulance was traveling for over 3 hours from the mountains of VA to Wake Forest hospital when they were almost there they were hit by an Illegal driving drunk. He was not only drunk but he had no license and no insurance. This is so sad for the family that a mother was wounded her child was killed.
