Nada today mi amigos and amigas... just one name update not worth noting for a July 3rd or 5th case...

I'm pretty sure they did work on some July cases today...they just didn't feel like updating anything today

Not much showed up on June scans either

It's just been another regular slow day at CSC

Now the real is question what date in July are they going to skip ?

My bet is on either July 7 or July 19

My NOA1 was July 7... me being "the glass completely empty kinda guy" I always expect the worst, that way if only the worse happens, my day is not ruined and I still have a good time

1) Please sign up for USPS Informed Delivery if it is available in your area.

2) Please don't rely on these updates to get information on your cases, but use these to have an idea of what-when they are doing.

 

Keep in mind that they do not go in an order, however we have way less cases in July!

And I will do overall updates in the weekend for each month too- however my biggest wish is that July will pass as the speed of a hurricane!

As July started with people waiting nearly 190+ days, in order to keep August under 200s they should go to 70% of July in 1 month so that August can star!

Maan... currently they are touching cases at around 200 days from NOA1... I know it's ridiculously absurd having increasing feels and all... I could lie to you and say that things will speed up but I don't think they will... the invisible wall to keep legal immigrants away has already been built and it's only getting taller and taller

So I can tell you already what's gonna show up on the scan...

- name updates

- Withdrawal notices

- Rejection notices due to not signing forms, incorrect fees, etc

-and maybe a few expedited approvals

YUuup... as you already know the scans is just to give us an idea of what dates they have touched so far... so right now we know they have at least approved cases up to July 5th...

oh btw... this July 5th case WAC1790385866 was touched today.. it says " Case Was Reopened For Reconsideration" on Jan 11, 2018.  I wonder if they had requested a withdrawal and now they have made up and decided to reopen the case... just curious!!!

From what I've seen you'll be one of the positives in July! Please escort us throughout  this journey cause in about 3-4 weeks people will be going crazy here with "they passed my number" and "only my date didn't get touched" 

 

 

LOL ... even though I am a July filer, i have been frustrated with this K1 Visa process since March 2017... I was supposed to file then and could have had my fiancee here with me already but because of some stupid misinformation, I didn't file in March,  still didn't file in April/May nor June

I was a lurker on here for a long time and didn't wanna join until I saw some July approvals...

well, I got tired of waiting and in November I decided to join the community...

But yea...this process will drive some people completely insane because this is not your regular long distance relationship that we're in...

This is LDR + USCIS + NVC + Mr. "everything you can do I can do it better" in the office...

hence they must be mainly concentrating june and updated the system to have their records set as the starting day. (Most likely in the future as of December 31 will show as july1 cases at least)

 

I believe they are trying to keep the average time around 180 (for July).

 

but june looks like how march did, with lots of non-updated cases, so please continue to check mailboxes and call them when necessary as many also get information that way.

Naaaaah... I don't think they are trying to keep the average at around 180 for july... more like between 210 and 240

All of us early july filers are over 190 days now and I don't think they're going to focus on July for another 4 weeks or so...
