breen reacted to USS_Voyager in FORM I 131 expires 12/31/2018.....
Just use the most recent one on USCIS website.

breen reacted to mushroomspore in k2 passport ..... stamp of entry for 90 days
For all 3 of you, the 90 days is how long your I-94 will be valid after entry into the US. You need to file their adjustment of status cases before the I-94 expires to ensure nobody is out of status afterwards.

breen reacted to aaron2020 in k2 passport ..... stamp of entry for 90 days
Your children are authorized to stay in the US for 90 days after entering on their K-2 visas. They must file for AOS to change their status to obtain green cards.

breen reacted to tanderson64 in K2 Form I-134
No you do one I-134 for the fiance and all kids. All current and future dependents will need to be listed on the form for future financial responsibility of the petitioner.

breen reacted to Jeanne Adil in NOA2 time
so sorry for all of you waiting for extended times but the wait will be woth it
trust me, it took us 6 years and we are happy and trying only to pass information on to others to help
unforunately you are at the NOA1 stage that says "do no send any info unless asked for it" at bottom on NOA1 page
it is clearly hurry up and wait / i wished during this processing times that the site to tell us what is happening to our case was better but it tells very little/ ours never showed an update/ others do see a tickle meaning case was worked on but not what is happening to the case
good luck and Happy Thanksgiving to all

breen reacted to Jeanne Adil in NOA2 time
this month and next month have the holidays and many taking vacations to use their vacation and personal time before they loose it with the new year
don't hold your brreathe for immigration to move any faster
just be patient
like i said it is "hurry up and wait"
if anyone gets an RFE, USCIS and NVC give a limited amount of time to answer (can say 30 days, 30 business days or 60 days)
but you can not give them a limited time to process any paperwork

breen reacted to geowrian in visa k2 for kids - fee -
Gotcha. Thanks for the update and clarification.
Yeah, each child will need a separate (K-2) visa, and must pay the $265 MRV fee + medical exam fee.
Each child will also need to apply for AOS. Since they assumingly aren't filing at the same time as the mother, it would be $1140 each (plus $85 biometrics for those age 14 and older).

breen reacted to geowrian in visa k2 for kids - fee -
Where are you in the process?
The I-129F has one fee ($535). Your fiancee and all children (even if not immigrating) need to be listed.
Once the I-129F is approved, each visa applicant needs to fill out a DS-160, complete a medical, interview, etc. This is where there is a fee for each individual getting a visa.
Once you enter on the K-1/K-2 visa, the marriage occurs within 90 days, each intending immigrant needs to do AOS. Check the link posted above for current fees.

you can expect close to over 6 months for case to be reviewed and go on to next stage
in 2009 ours was applied for in July and interview in November but that is no longer the case as applications have doubled and redoubled

breen reacted to JFH in my package 129f.... Texas to California
All I-129Fs are sent to the Texas lockbox (this not the Texas service center). This is a mail reception warehouse where the packages are opened, checks removed and cashed, forms briefly checked for completeness (signed, dated, etc) and then sent to California service center for adjudication.
