We were approved by letter before N400 

I went with my hubby and I was not allowed to go In. I had to wait in the car he was in there like 30 minutes. He had his packet They did not look at  He wax sworn in and then took the test and passed. This was on 6/21 and the oath ceremony is scheduled for 8/24

He was approved via approval letter and  no interview on 4/18/2023

Howdy everyone!
Today I woke up to a status update: my N400 interview has been scheduled!!! August 30th at 8:00 am!!!
Anyhow, I was planning on bringing my copy of the 751 package, and updated evidence of the N400 from the time Of submission, and of course the documents they request in the letter. Any suggestions are highly appreciated!!
 
Tomorrow is my 40th birthday, this feels like a good birthday present. FELIZ CUMPLEAÑOS A MI!!

We applied Jan 27th. Interview was yesterday 6/20. We are approved! Now waiting on the oath. 

Did get notice online yesterday for interview in Milwaukee August 1st.

He received the oath letter yesterday 6/29  and he  is scheduled to take the oath on 8/24 in Nashville!!

Seems pretty clear the reference is to the the I 134, now if I was your Divorce Lawyer I would wish to brief the Judge on both, the I 134 is not enforceable citing chapter and verse and the I 864 was never completed.

Yes, but I did the 864. We have another hearing next month. So I'm debating if I bring a immigration lawwer for the hearing, I probably will so he can explain my case properly.

you won’t believe this.. we got there late!! He thought it  was at 10a and it was actually at 9a! The fear!! BUT, they let him in. I was not allowed to go in. He brought all his documents and the officer did not look at any. He was given the test. No interview. He only had to answer 6 questions, write 1 sentence that had the word California in it and read 1 sentence. He was done in 30 minutes and given a piece of paper that said he passed. Everything online changed immediately. He is now ready for the oath ceremony which we heard have long delays. One of our friends has been waiting to take the oath since February..
