I hope you get your date soon, if you haven’t yet! @O&O you’ve been waiting quite a while now, I’m sorry. Crossing my fingers for you. There’s so many of us in the same boat. @emil2888 his interview will be in Belgrade, Serbia. As far as I have seen on VJ, after case complete the interview is scheduled fairly quickly, and typically a month out. I don’t know why ours is taking longer. I hope you get your interview scheduled soon, it’s nice to know we share the same CC date. @Derik-Lina Thank you. We submit our case 12/01/2017. The wait is long, and it’s so hard. My heart really aches for him. You’re right though, we are close and I’ll keep my head high. I hope you get your case complete and interview date soon.

12 days here. I was so excited to have received an email so soon. It was only two days after I had submitted everything. There were 6 emails; each for a document to be rescanned and resubmitted. Everything was "accepted" with the green check mark. Thought I would resubmit and and a CC email would be sent. But, no. The system still shows "submitted". What gets me is that they looked at and accepted everything within two days and have not looked at  what they had requested in 12 days now. 
Sorry to vent, but it s been a very long journey and I can not wait for it to be over soon.

Find a USC to marry. Seems a popular option.

So true and sadly so. The fraudulent cases have made it impossible for the legit people.

Somewhere between 2500 DH to 5000 DH. The Consulate should have provided you with a list of Accredited Physicians. 
Price might not be the deciding factor, as one Doctor might see you sooner while the other provides you with a report sooner.

I have seen this idea for a while now, and it is WRONG. I don't know where it comes from, but it seems to have made quite a career on this site.
 
In case people are not aware, having kids means co-parenting for at least 18 years with someone. It is very, very much a sign of good faith, especially since in case of separation, shared custody is almost impossible between people from two counties.
 
Compare this to the "strong evidence", aka common bank account. Seriously? All it takes for me to boot my husband off of mine is a call. Same for insurances, credit cards, and so on. Even a house owned in common is way, way easier to figure out than custody issues.
 
Lastly, I have spoken to two USCIS officers, one at my AOS interview and the other at my N-400 interview. They both said having children is the STRONGEST evidence a couple can bring.

CEAC and yes, it has been at NVC since August 20th, after 10 months with Potomac.
It seems CEAC cases are slower than snail mail now. Just like when I landed at Potomac,
I was soooo happy the case would be quick; POTOMAC was approving cases within 3 months then.
When I got an electronic case, I was sooo happy the case would be quick lol but Nooooo. 
Just checked again, Shows "ACCEPTED" for both Civil and Support dox. However, the 4 resubmitted dox still show "SUBMITTED" only and not 
"ACCEPTED".

husband and children staying behind (2 week vacation for the wife )  did not work for a Brazilian teacher /   husband a policeman
 
so, apply and see what CO says but you can not  support the Tourist visa application / u can , if given a visa, buy her ticket and support her living costs here
we have a friend in Nahvile whose parents are here on 2nd trip so none of us really know about the CO and what and why some approved and others turned away

call NVC and request them to review it because under online processing they respond fast. Particularly if it is something follow up.

Call them them answer right away, you are lucky when we submit our forms the system was down for 2 weeks, just be patient.

if any young Moroccan  to get a tourist visa ,  they will ask at POE "who do u visit ? and u must say finance " as they assume u will marry and AOS to stay
you can not lie and say anything else

don't even think to try tourist visa

That would be an easy Slam Dunk for everyone else then. In other words, no need for a K1 visa and maybe not even a CR1 from abroad.
Much easier and Much cheaper to just apply for a B1-B2 and marry here. Make sense? No USCIS, No fees, No NOA1, No NOA2, No NVC, No Interview, No Months of waiting, No Ap and No Nada... But, you could be very right and I wish you nothing but the best of luck in your journey.
Trust me, I am not hating what so ever. Westerners and Canadians can get here with almost No Visa, but still go the course. Make sense???
