So, wife and I became excited to have received a "CEAC" case for NVC.

We Figured it would be fast and simple.

PD 10/3/2017

Was sentenced to 10 months in Potomac :(

9/12 NVC number.

9/15 Uploaded documents

9/17 Uploaded more

9/19 Everything accepted YAY!!!

9/24 Email; Resubmit 4 documents; Cut off in scan.

9/24 Resubmitted and excited to receive CC.

Since then, and Today 10/10 still shows documents  "Submitted"

How is it that NVC reviewed and accepted my documents within

2 days? and almost 3 weeks now, no one has looked at nor accepted

what they had requested???

Any explanation or word of wisdom is appreciated. Thank you

As Adil or his wife said, be patient, they will not reply back to you until the schedule your interview in Casa, most likely your interview will be in December or sooner inshallah.

You can always call NVC and ask about your case etc. I’m not sure if it will help but I’ve called NVC a couple times and they usually provide a good explanation. I hope you hear back soon for a CC! It does seem like a longer time than normal 😕

I agree. I hate how it seems Moroccans are scrutinized more than others. Morocco was the first country to recognize USA yet it treats Moroccan citizens like criminals! This is coming from the USC btw

The USCIS, NVC and Consulate must do a thorough study of who is granted a a Visa to enter the US. Extreme vetting is also necessary to ensure no "Bad Hombres" penetrate and cause us harm. It is totally understandable. However, there must be a much better system to allow Families to unite or reunite in much lesser periods of time. IMO Married Couples must be a Priority before any Visa out there. Also, the extreme Vetting and AP must have some guidelines and not just given to be given. I have read horror stories where Spouses have been waiting 15 months and even more after they were told "Visa approved" and will be stamped within just weeks. What makes matters even worse, no one knows anything at all. Again, I can totally understand if a Visa Applicant has lived in certain Hostile territories or have had contact with certain bad elements, but to hold people's lives months and years back, without logical explanations,  is inhumane and Cruel. Just my two cents here.
