Have not seen anyone with late September being sent to nvc or embassy. 
Have seen a lot of last August and early September people get sent off.

OK, logged into my account on the "new" website, and found under "settings" an on/off button for "receive inactivity notifications every two weeks". It's been two weeks since approval, so that makes since that I would receive the notification today.
 
Either way, I switched the notification to "off" and wanted others with the same experience to know exactly how to fix it, above.

Received hard copy of noa2 today. Was actually approved on September 26th. 
Still no update on any site or app.

Hello all - I filed for my husband on a K1 visa almost 14 years ago. We'll be celebrating 14 years of marriage in January.  We are now starting the citizenship process which he has been eligible years ago.  I just wanted to stop by to HELLO and BEST WISHES to everyone going through the visa process.
 
I plan of staying around for awhile.  Take care.

Just woke up to an approval. NOA1 Dec 20. NOA2 September 26. Yesterday I got a response that they couldn't give me a timeframe for my case and that got me upset. One day later it got approved. So happy right now. 

The tier 2 said it is a denial. Supervisor sees the case for a final decision. I talked to a lawyer yesterday and he explained why they could deny my case. In my divorce decree it was made a mistake and now the court fix it. And in the eyes of imigration I ended the divorce now even though it ended a while ago. The lawyer said there is no point to reappeal cause it will take as long as all process for k1. And just to reapply. I am start getting ready all the package this time without a lawyer, they create more problems then help. When I will get the actual denial letter I will have a better pictures of what is going on. 

NOA2 date September 24th! Hopefully don't have to wait too long for NVC 😀

It'll be too late if you wait till the send the file. Do it now so you can get updated sooner if there is movement on your file.

We got ours today also. Our noa2 was September 7. Can't wait for it to get ready 💁🏽‍♀️

Just  got off the phone with the NVC and received my case number. There was no wait at this time tonight or last Thursday when I tried, also at 11PM Eastern. My NOA2 date was Sept. 5th like many other who have reported today. ☺️ Congratulations to all who got theirs today and good luck to those who are so close and still waiting!
