Hey guys, I have the same issue but a bit different, my AOS application  is rejected  because  of incorrect  fee,  my application  package includes  I-485 and I-765 and total fee of usd 1,140 check. I didn't include a biometric  fee which is usd 85, this is my fault as I overlooked the instructions, I thought  I would  pay biometric  fee once I go for it.

My concern is, how much in total should  I write on a check?  Usd 1,225, which includes biometric  fee? Or I need to pay usd 410 extra for form I-765? They returned my package and every form has a description of incorrect  fee, I am confused, what the total amount I must pay if filling both forms together?

I will appreciate  for your help.

It took 45 days for uscis to respond  to me through  mailing address, they didn't notify  me through  email  or  text msg, as it should  be if you include  G-1145 form😒

Hello guys! Hope everyone  is doing well and happy after being reunited  with  loved ones. 

We got married on April 27th,  now we want to start with AoS process but we don't  know where to start. Please  could  anyone  share with us how to go through AoS? We only have our marriage  license just a paper with our details  and signed by a court house personnel. Is that only we need as a marriage  license?

Quick update on my case.

CEAC website  shows  that my visa was issued on March 19th, they told  me to collect  my passport on wed March 21st.

My last day at work is March 28th.

I have purchased  my plane ticket from Swiss Air, POE  is Chicago  on March 31st. What a wonderful Easter holiday with my fiance.

Wedding  planned on April  14th. Can't wait for this day to happen, it has been a long journey since I met my fiance, April  10th 2014...4 good  years... All the best to everyone, K1 journey will get to end, stay positive always.

Congratulations to everyone for whatever progress has been achieved from getting NOA2 to VOH. I submitted  my packet 3 to the embassy today and my interview is scheduled on Thursday,  March 15th. I am getting excited, all documents required by the embassy are in hands, and tomorrow at 8am I am attending my medical examination. DS -160 submitted today online. Hopeful, I will be doing my interview around mid of March.. Wishing everyone the best in these final stages, from NVC to VOH

It's better to call NVC till they give you the case number or give you an update about  your case. They don't communicate to petitioners/beneficiaries or update their systems on time.

For my case, we filed on June 29th, I got my packet 3  yesterday  from the Embassy, but it still says you're  case  has been received.

According to NOA2 hard copy, we got approved on Feb 6th, and received it in mail box  on Feb 11th, then my fiance called NVC on Feb 21st, they told him that our file has been sent to the embassy on same day he called, they didn't even give him a case number, I only got a call from the embassy to go and collect my packet 3.

Call NVC every working  day, this will help I think. We got our NOA2  on Feb  6, I received  my packet 3 today from the embassy.
