I want to tell you something, I married a man and brought him here in 2010, we got married in 2011, what she is doing is the same things that were done to me, I didn't want to see it, I didn't want to admit it to myself, and I most certainly didn't want anyone to say the "I told you so". My husband at that time waiting 5 years 2 days after having gotten his citizenship to tell me that he never loved me, he didn't want to be with me and wanted a divorce.  ALL leading up to was everything you have described....I lost all of who I was I lost my self esteem, I lost the feeling of being loved, I felt alone and betrayed.

Do not let yourself get to where I was, notice the signs early, if sitting her down and talking about all you feel and all you notice does not change, then you need to arrange a plane ticket for her and get her out!

what she is doing IMO is sucking your life, love, and happiness...

it sounds to me that she is telling you and trying to force herself to making it until its time for the ROC, if you don't catch the head of a snake it might come back to bite you, now she would still have the option to stay here and ROC without you, but this way your not putting who you are and what you feel in a bigger sacrifice. Never lose who you are when trying to comfort another.

your wife had a valid reason not to wear her ring, and congrats on the growing family, I am happy that you have someone to help. I to have been the route of the hurt and trying to mend.

I don't want to be the one to be on the divorce train, but it sounds like you have tried to talk to her about your feelings, she says she will do better but it hasn't changed, you need to do what in your heart you know you need to do but being a man of moral values, you know it would be hard on her, if she has no friends no family, here yes harder on her, but an emotional drain on you creating anxiety on you, this isn't what you signed up for. You signed up to be committed to a marriage to love honor and cherish through good times and in bad times, however marriage is a partnership, a commitment that takes more than 1 side to accomplish.

IMO give her the chance, bring up marriage counseling, and express your feelings, see how the reaction of the counseling goes, if is accepted well try things, if things stall or she makes excuses as to why she can't go doesn't want to go when it comes time, you can tell her divorce is the next option see if she changes you can wait a time set by you, if still no changes file, have her served with the papers, allow her to stay in the home until she makes enough money for her own place deposit first month rent and a bed, help her manage finance as what it will take to live on her own and then end the ties move on and start to heal.

IMO, if she isn't showing respect for the talks you already have had, what is bringing in a 3rd party, maybe that 3rd party would be able to get her to open up about the underlying issues she is having or is thinking, so it is possible.

I saw on the timeline area that AOS is what is waiting on, and when the talk of foreign income, does that mean he is not in the USA making this money? and is that how the kids are on government benefits?

You will obtain an IR-1 visa since you have been married for over 2 years. Expect roughly $1200 + travel costs + some document and/or translation fees for the process.

The USC petitioner will need to either establish US domicile before they will issue visa, or he will need to show sufficient intent to establish US domicile. Given that he has lived abroad his entire life, this will likely be looked at pretty closely.
He must present an I-864, which means he must have filed the last 3 years of federal income taxes since USCs are taxed on worldwide income. If he was not required to file for a year because he made under the income threshold, then he must provide a statement explaining why he was not required to file.
Unless you and he have sufficient assets (3x the required income level), you will require a joint sponsor to complete an I-864 and provide supporting evidence as well.

last known filing fee for I-130 was $535, once it is approved and your case is sent to NVC/DOS there is AOS (affidavit of support) fee $120, and the immigration visa fee $325.00, in the spouse country they will need to pay for medical exam and all vaccinations, get police clearance certificate which may or may not come with a fee, I assume it will. pay the Green card fee at interview $220.00.

when you already have the co-mingling of finances and joint accounts, chat log and letters will not do much good, affidavits from friends hold little weight. send in all other proof of marital relations those will hold much more weight than emails, text, call logs. if you have been living together there is no need for those IMO.

it also matters when it was updated online to say sent to DOS, often time and I have found this to be true, they will not actually send the case until it has updated saying it was sent to DOS, and then you can start calling 2 weeks from that date.

mine was sent to DOS on Feb 1st, as of last thursday still no case # and with Presidents day USCIS and NVC is closed so will have to wait to check tomorrow. NVC got it 2/5/18 in the mail, and scanned as received on 2/8/18. I am hoping for tomorrow but was told they are behind getting those documents in the system and it could be longer than the 2 weeks, so I will call 2 times a day until I get it.

you can still file for ROC with a divorce waiver, as long as you can prove you entered into the marriage in good faith.

I would say that if yours was sent to DOS on 2/14 they will have gotten it by tomorrow, and 3 more days scanned as received I would say call Friday and they will let you know in what mail they got it and when it got scanned as received.
they then say it takes 2 weeks from the scan in for all the information to be put in the system to give you a case # and Inv #

imo age difference will cause a red flag, and could cause not that it will cause but could cause your case to looked at harder.

when it comes to evidence anything you show is good, chat logs, travel history, pictures, affidavits from friends and family that know about your relationship. for sure pictures, affidavit from each of you with intent to marry in the 90 days. phone call logs, skype, FB ect.

I know I haven't finished and I am waiting for my case # like you are, and since neither one of us are part of the CEAC or the email process, we have to snail mail all our documents to NVC as would venture to say we have about another 4-5 months max before it is all done
