Just submit your vaccination record that you have from your K-1 medical checkup (if you have a copy of it). It is call DS-3025. You don't need to submit I-693

I feel you. 😂😂😂😂😂😂 I make a mistake before, resigned my job before the interview. Since I need to serve 2 months notice and I really wanted to fly back with him (he came to attend the interview with me). So, end up, I jobless for a month and started getting bored even before the interview. After the interview, it make me curious when I will get my Visa because I really wanted to fly with him. Oh wow, I still can remember how crazy I am that time. Checking the site every day (once every hour or two hours). Let us know the updates. Really hope you will get it soon. 

They will give you a checklist on how you should arrange it, on the interview day. I have mine here. I think the list should be basically the same, just maybe a bit different. For K-1, the affidavit of support will be I-134

But the number of Family Preference Immigrant Visas issued is Limited (thus the longer wait).

I'm not sure whether they will mail your NOA2 abroad. I think they will mail it to your friend house. If it is regarding the embassy, once you have your NOA2 and your petition is arrived at US embassy. You can contact the embassy. 

First of all, even her birth certificate was in the package, I don't think they will correct the form for you. NVC told you to call USCIS because currently your petition is still with USCIS. Call USCIS on Monday morning
