Really nice! They have not asked your tax return?
I had it printed out, but I wasn’t asked for it. They only asked where I worked.

Congratulations!!!! ❤️
If you do not mind me asking, what is your field office?
So, I live in Texas but my interview was held in Nashville where my lawyer is, my location got mixed up but I decided to attend the interview there instead of waiting and having it rescheduled with all the delays that comes with it.

Hi Everyone,
I had my biometrics scheduled at my lawyer’s at another state, I don’t mind traveling down to do the biometrics do you think that would be a problem, because I know trying to reschedule might cause more delays - my VAWA has already being approved
thanks

No point in doing medicals right now, they will first send the i693 medical deficiency/courtesy notice and then they'll send RFE for medicals if they want to skip your interview. If they want to interview you they'll send interview notice after courtesy notice. you can get your medical done after you get either RFE for medicals or interview notice. If they interview you, you just need to take the medicals with you to the interview. In case of RFE, you send medicals to USCIS after you get RFE.
Hi,
i received a deficiency notice for medical on Dec 23th. My VAWA EAD approval was on October 13th, 2021 and VAWA case approval was Nov 2, 2021. Please do you have an idea of what the expected time they will be reaching out again in regards to an interview notice or maybe RFE medicals.
thanks

when was your vawa approved? when did you file i485?
you can check thei485 processing time for your Dallas office here, https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/
I filed in March 2020 for i485, when does it start counting, is it from the 360 approval or from the March 2020. Also, under the processing time, am I checking under the family based? VAWA was approved this October 13, 2021

Hi Everyone,
anyone knows how long it takes to get the i485 interview after VAWA approval for Dallas TX office.
Please how do I check processing time?

you should reach out to your congress person in the state you live. You can look up by your zip code.
Is it ok if the interview is still had at your lawyer’s address, I mean can that be a problem?

Hi All,
please what is the typical expected time for VAWA “case to be approved” after receiving the VAWA EAD card?
also, please when do you expect for the approved VAWA case to be moved to your local field office.
Thanks in advance

On July 15, 2021, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MS, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address
I Don't know if im dreaming or it is real, still in shock can't believe that finally my I-485 is approved after 6 long years. Hi Lulu,
Stay strong. There are few September 2019 approvals here lately. Your time is coming. Stay strong
Thank you!

The renewal sent on c09 is also pending. But a good friend of mine from May 2019 got approved yesterday. So that tells me that I am only 4 months away. So I concentrate on my studies and make myself a deadline to finish a few things before my vawa approval. That’s how I get by.
No RFE too
thank you, I will concentrate on other things
