We are in the same boat, our RFE has been with USCIS for 2 weeks and we're currently at day 166. Extremely infuriating! 

Still waiting, 163 days so far. We called USCIS yesterday and they were no help the advisor he spoke to just said there is 'no time scale, it's just when they make a decision' so my fiance said so your telling me they can either approve us tomorrow or in 2 years? so the advisor started stumbling on their words and said no. At that point my fiance asked to speak to a supervisor, the supervisor advised us if we haven't heard anything in 2 weeks to call back as we would be over the 30 day mark of them receiving our RFE response. 

Irritated isn't the word.

I believe that it's your NOA2. @TriloByte fiance has just had their medical in London, they should be able to confirm

That's exactly the same thing we missed, I've seen quite a few people miss this same box. I'm already on day 153 I'm tired of waiting now.

Seriously! It does not take a month for a letter to reach them in the post. I really don't get them at times. I'm sorry, i hope they have received it and have sent your approval out to you but just didn't bother to update the app.

I keep refreshing the app like a mad woman lol. It doesn't help that California is an 8 hour time difference for me so each time our status has changed it's been really late at night. If you haven't already i would i call USCIS and just voice your concern that they haven't updated your status to received and that you are worried its got lost in the mail as it was sent over 3 weeks ago. Hopefully that will push them to have a look into it for you.

I opened the mailbox and grabbed the usual daily mail....pizza coupons and catalogs....and there it was. The Department of Homeland Security. The coupons and catalogs fell to the ground as I ripped opened the letter.....

We also received the answer from our congressman (finally!) with more of the same. Good at least to know that the Background Check is completed!

Ah i really hope it isn't a RFE, you've waited so long! .... IF it is a RFE the letter should get to you really quick, when we found out we had an one via the app updating us, the letter reached us within 5 days and we sent it back the day after we got it and they updated us that they got it 3 days after we sent it, so really really quick turnaround. I have my fingers crossed that it's an approval on it's way to you!

Aww thankyou! That's so sweet of you to keep a look out for me! I really really hope I can still catch my flight but if it's maybe only a couple weeks delayed then that's okay, if I can get there before the 22nd then that would be great (The walking dead starts on the 22nd and we're excited to watch it together on American time rather than UK time ) it's the little things eh? But no really I'm not to worried right now, I have a really good feeling at the moment, I've seen quite a few people who got the same RFE as we did who then were approved within a week of USCIS receiving it, so I'm crossing my fingers!

Ah this gives me hope, i really hope its a quick turn around. We are on day 147 and i'm getting very impatient now.

They confirmed receiving the lots of photos but they asked 1+1=2 

Proof we met in last two years before filing the petition. We really sent some receipts with pics ( pics with date and place label from I phone gallery )

But this time as respond to rfe  we sent passport stamps showing we cross the boarder at the same time on same place, some ACM statements from that city in Croatia, booking reference, original concert tickets with labeled pics, print out of the web site where we were on the premiere of the movie.

You know what sarcasm is? We live together and rented apartment here in Bosnia

He is self employed so he's been working couple of months in us and next 3/4 here. So when he is here we live together and we need to proof we met in last two years. There are some couples met only once in person for last two years but have sent this one simple proof such as boarding pass, hotel receipt...

So yours should be an easy fix hope you will get an approval soon.

It really wouldn't surprise me that they've lost some bits out of your packet... how i don't know! I've seen people have that same problem. I doubt it's because they don't think your in a bonafied relationship, i think it will be a USCIS error that they are trying to push the blame on you as if you didn't provide enough because like you say lots of couples have been approved with a lot less evidence and only met once or twice. Hopefully you hear something soon, i'll keep my fingers crossed for you!

Rfe-19th of June

We sent out requested back to them on 30th of June

They confirm on 05th of July 

Today is 20th of July

I guess it depends what was rfe about 

I remember @elisaveta and @eric&olya were approved in a week later i think after responding to USCIS. Correct me pls if I am wrong

What was your RFE if you don't mind me asking, ours was a missed box for 'have you committed any criminal offenses'. The RFE was a simple sign yes or no and send back. We responded back 'no' so i was hoping this will just be an easy fix. 

Feb filer here, just curious if anyone has had an RFE here? I just wanted to know other peoples experiences. The app updated us of the RFE on the 12th July, we got the letter on the 17th July and we returned it on the 18th July. We missed the criminal record box (quite possibly the worst box we could've missed ). 

How long did it take to get the approval after you sent it etc.... I've read horror stories that it can delay you by 2 months

Had my interview yesterday at the London Embassy, I was allowed to take my phone in and they had wifi, good job too because I was in there 2 and a half hours. They called me to the window and asked for documents etc asked for I-134 and most recent tax return, which we did not provide in the packet because it wasn't listed as mandatory on the website, so that was a bit nerve wracking. Didn't  seem to matter though because we were APPROVED!!!! I was the last person of the day! Hope to get my passport back soon because I booked a flight in 10 days (I know it's a risk but it was a cheap one).

 

If anyone has any questions about the London process feel free to ask me, oh the interview was 2 mins long, asked me where did my fiancé and I meet? What does he do? where does he live? and what were the wedding plans?

Wow the letter took quite a while to get to you didn't it! The app updated us on 12th July, we got the letter on the 17th July and sent it back yesterday. Have you called USCIS to see if they have received your response?
