I am so excited I could scream. I wasn't expecting it to be this fast as it showed an estimated completion time of 15 months on my USCIS page. I have already ordered some flash cards on amazon to help me prepare for the questions I may be asked. This journey is almost over and I am so grateful to God.

My case finally approved today😄. Took 10 months. My timeline is below:
 
May 25, 2021 New Card Is Being Produced October 22, 2020 We transferred your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, to another USCIS office that now has jurisdiction over your case. October 21, 2020 Your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, was transferred to another office for processing (National Benefit Center). August 25, 2020 The fingerprints relating to your Form I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, were taken. July 22, 2020 We received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence.   Bless everyone will have their cases approved soon!

I received our green cards (myself and dependent child) on March 6, 2012 💃💃 This came as a surprise as I decided to take my mind off this process and trust in God instead and not fret, I wasn't expecting this to happen so soon, I had thought it would take a year or longer. Guys I am writing this post from future 2055 and still waiting my interview from 2017. 😂😂😂😂

So I got an update yesterday that 'interview has been scheduled' 14mo after, finally. I'm just waiting for the letter in the mail to find out what date it is. 

Lol and we were just talking about this. That means i should get an update in a week or two. My PD is 05/10/2017. Congratulations!

Good News guys. 
My case was re opened after review as it was initially denied because I did not show up on the interview (which was not the case). I appeared for my initial interview yesterday.
 
Today my status was updates to Card being produced.

Maybe you could pay more attention to advice given and start accepting criticism. 
 
Plain and simple, your arrogance will get you nowhere, and if you talk like this to USCIS or IRS, I would question your behavior as well.

Hey, I see your point as well. But we can't deny that people do come here and decide after coming here as well. 
And that was my point. Its always preferred that someone goes the legal route. But coming here on a temporary visa and adjusting isn't *illegal* per say because adjusting is a legal process. It sucks that people have to go the long route, but every person is different and every situation is different...and therefore I don't think you and I should be passing judgment like that.

To make it more depressing, I see some January 2018 filers here in the forum already got their interview scheduled for sometimes in April/May, and I'm here waiting a whole year, its ridiculous.

We sent our application off yesterday with about 170 days before it expires. We sent the latest I 765 & I 131 application forms in separate envelopes both with a copy of our I 485 receipt and the I 765 receipt with that application and the I 131 receipt with the I 131 application. We also sent the approvals with each and a copy of the front & back of the combo card, a copy of the barcodes page and a copy of our marriage certificate. You will also need two new passport sized photos for each application. If you want to get the text/email notifications put a G1145 in with each one too.
You don’t have to pay any fees for a renewal and the renewal will give you another 180 days of authorization. Hope that helps!

Oh, you were the one that said your interview letter was "different" from what you had received, but couldn't explain why you had anything to compare that letter to...
If it was your first interview letter, how do you know it was "different."
You also suspected it was "different" because it'd be a Stokes, which also suggests that you had a feeling something was not right with your case...

It's your decision and no one else can tell you what is the right thing to do. I was thinking for a while whether I should even reply to this.... you are in the typical denial situation in which women find excuses to why her husband is treating them shitty instead of accepting the truth.  All of a sudden the entire reason he has treated you bad and threatened you is because of the influence of his family?! You said "If i dont give him money for weed, he calls me i am a fraud, he is gonna sign an annulment, he argues with me"... this is not his family doing this...this is HIM. This is just the beginning of the marriage and he already treats you like this... once you guys move out and you can't make up the excuse that it's his family influence it'll be something else. It already says a lot about what kind of person he is if he gets mad at you not giving him money when he can't get his own butt up to work. Anyways this was my last two cents to this as I know that nothing anyone will say to you will help. My sister was in the exact same situation as you and never wanted to listen either, there was always a perfect explanation for why he was treating her bad instead of seeing the truth that he was a shitty person... she said the exact same thing that she had already invested so much into the relationship (also moved from Europe to be with him)... he ended becoming abusive two years after. Shouldn't be news to you but you will invest even more time and effort and then sink even deeper with this thinking. If he verbally abuses you as you say so early in the relationship, trust me it is highly unlikely it will get better. I really hope you can build up a support system around you. Join social sports club or international FB meetups around you and make friends, that'll help you a lot. 

Today we went to a second master hearing. No one ever got around to seeing the motion we sent in advance, for whatever reasons. However....
Case closed today!! We have survived the dreaded immigration court. Things will be remanded to USCIS and Monday we will file the AOS packet.
Guys, I can't stress enough that if you come across this because you're in the same boat, have a lawyer who is familiar with removals and who can guide you through things.
That being said, I think this is my final post on this thread. I hope it can help out someone else possibly to read an account of been there done that and won the trophy.

So our case is now officially approved, the case was updated online a day after our interview to "New card is being produced". Yay!
