Has anyone heard of any problems receiving their I-797 Receipt Notice of Action? Our application was received September 28 and the Money Order never cashed. 6 weeks. I can’t get past Emma. Don’t know what to do. 

You have to be assertive to get it from the doctor, the embassy won't give it to you.
Tell him you have a right to the copy, it should still say somewhere on the form to give patient a copy, not sure but I have seen it before
but I have also seen different DS3025 forms.
If they refuse then just hope for the best because the original will be forwarded to the embassy and from there to USCIS to meet up
with your AOS and if you file AOS within a year of the medical and the DS3025 is marked complete then you are ok.
If not then they will RFE you and you will have to see a civil surgeon here in the US.

You can travel freely within the US without any issue. I have a advice to you and to anyone who wants to travel within the US. Get a State ID or Driving License so that you can use that as Proof of ID at airport or anywhere you go where they ask for a ID and keep your passport safely at home. Recently I've read about 2 different people who lost their passport while travelling within US. Also, make a photocopy of your Notice of Action (I-797) and put it in your wallet while you travel. Remember that until we receive our Green Card the NOA is our proof that our application is with the USCIS. Anyways have a safe trip  

I think they mostly want the sealed packet so there is no possible way for anyone to tamper with the medical records.  Your medical records are protected by U.S Federal law to be kept private from anyone other than your doctor or immigration officials related to your case.  For example if a police officer approached you during a layover, if they opened your packet without your permission, you will be protected by U.S. Federal Law to not be discriminated against due to what your medical file contains.  Here in the U.S. We have special laws that protect our privacy when it comes to medical information.  For example, an employer can not ask if you have any diseases. The consulate officers are trained to look for signs of Nikah marriages hidden as an engagement party.  They are aware that some religious ceremonies can join the couple in marriage even without a certificate. If there was no imam present at your party, then you have nothing to hide. Hope this helps.

my experience was a long journey the CO officer interviewed me for one hour and actionally Iwas the last one to leave the embassy and finally Iwas approved.
the CO asked me about everything:
-how I met my fiancee,
- questions about my fiancee (name, date of birth, address, phone number)
- he viewed the photos in the album an asked me about the the engagement ceremony
-my parent view about my fiancee
-how my fiancee feels about my religion, how I feel about here religion.
-why I was denied a visa to USA.
-why I applied for lottery
-when we gonna have the wedding
-where I am going to stay when in USA
-how much money my fiancee make, and what she does for living and where
-and when our relationship exactly started to be a romantic.
so these were the main questions asked during the interview and he was tough but during the interview we  mean me and the CO we talked and we laughed and we joked so it was like a friendly talk and he liked me. well that is why he approved me.
I wish you all th best and dont be stressed or afraid the CO if you talk to him and asked him about his day you will also made him at ease and give him a nice impact about and that ou are easy going person.
my advice, no matter what dont lie say the truth they way how it is they apprecaite it so much and they dont use the situation against you.

I just received today the instruction from the Embassy on how to procede with applying for a appointment and medical,yet  when reading the medical instruction and phycisian panel I have noticed that beside x-ray and blood test embassy did not mention no vaccinations list are required to take.
since it is a week end for tomorrow I would like to ask what are the required vaccination for K1 fiance visa.

Man, I tell you what. We just fired our lawyer today at the 11th hour. He has been incredibly rude and disrespectful to both of us. Refusing to answer questions or telling us that he will answer, but in his own time. Even after we told him he was no longer required, he was still writing crazy emotional e-mails, calling us liars, careless, etc. This is the same lawyer that months earlier went on a rampage when I mentioned VJ. I had to tell him to calm down. All I can say is to be very careful choosing a lawyer if you go that route.

I am so excited, my fiancée got the letter and behold it's our long awaited NOA2, Now on to the next chapter. We got approved on the 23/06, hand copy at hard: 29/06. I wish everyone one waiting will get approved soon. So Happy 😁  

It is saying received, no updates online.  However yesterday I checked my estimated date to be adjudicated on my timeline and it was June 28- July 5.  Ours was approved 4 days prior to the estimate. I hope that is the trend for everyone waiting.

Hey March filers, I'm a December 14th filer and just got approved today, that's 92 days for NOA2.  92 days is the average currently.  I haven't got a text or email notification but I refreshed the app and it said APPROVED.
