If I married asap and applied to adjust status would this be possible within two weeks otherwise would I be considered overstaying if it took longer?

I’m thinking the best route for us would be marrying while I’m here in America then I return home to apply for spouse visa since I have to get my ducks in a row in Australia first

B-2 tourist visa applications and interviews assume immigrant intent, which must be overcome by the applicant.  The stronger their ties to their home country (good long-term stable job/income, property owned, etc.) the more likely that they will be approved.  Each adult applicant will be considered separately and has their own interview.  Having relatives in the US weakens the ties to their home country, and increases the likelihood of overstaying in the US as many have done this before.  Another piece of evidence showing weak ties to Colombia and stronger ties to the US is the fact that you are paying for everything.  No one here can predict with certainty how this will turn out, all they can do is apply, interview, and hope for the best.

Your hope for a future with your intended husband is totally in your own control.  If the financial sponsorship seems like an issue now, then you have plenty of time to take care of the major issues at hand at the moment.  When you are finally able to meet, and still both want to marry and have him immigrate to the USA, you'll have plenty of time to CHANGE your financial situation with a new job.  USCIS and Dept. of State are only allowed to act with sympathy under certain circumstances.  Unless those circumstances exist, their feelings are irrelevant.

There are always practical (including financial) consideration and sometimes hurdles involved in starting a life together.  Consider them together and find solutions together.  As you consider and find, you are likely to find hope as you progress.

As one of the 90 Day podcasts I listen to puts it about Nicole, "something happened on the way to heaven." As in, there is something very dark in her past, above and beyond the bizarre relationship she's in. Mahmoud is not the greatest human being, and a terrible husband, but at the same time she is actively trying to make him miserable, as if in payback for how traumatized she was in Egypt. (And if you watch that season, she looks like she's in shock half the time.) Her home is full of items seemingly calculated to rile him up, like pictures of naked women with luxurious downstairs hair, and Hieronymus Bosch's "Garden of Earthly Delights" as a shower curtain. (I actually kind of want that too, but all of my bathroom showers have doors, lol.) And then she wears clothing that is cropped -- but only slightly -- or has a small amount of exposed skin, knowing that Mahmoud will lose his mind. Yes, he needs to get used to her wearing clothing he doesn't approve of, but she is being needlessly provocative.

    TL:dr -- they both suck.

Jasmine is bat sh$$ crazy. Has anger management problems too. Why Gino stayed with her is beyond me. They are a train wreck.
Nicole, the red hair, married this Muslim man after knowing him like a week. She converted, but wanted to do and dress as she liked living in Egypt. That husband is very traditional. She's lived in Egypt twice, now thinks moving the husband to America will solve all their problems 🙄
Supposedly in Feb 2024 he was arrested for DV against the redhead.

Sarper and Shakinah are now running a concierge service for people who want to get cosmetic surgery/dentistry done in Turkey. I mean... look. They are not exactly the best ambassadors for plastic surgery, but it's not a bad business idea. There are always going to be people who want to get work done there but feel overwhelmed or confused about how to do that, and having two people familiar with the process and all the various hoops lead the way seems like a useful service.

So apparently Sarper has a son that was conceived with a Russian woman when he was 19 years old and she was 34. Said woman told him she didn't expect anything from him and would raise the child. Well now Sarper wants to find his son, also he wants a baby with Shekinah.
I honestly think this twist in the plot of their storyline is just a way to keep it going. Because if he is searching for his son that means more screen time. In a couple other forms I've read people believe the same.
I have a really hard time looking at him, he seems so plastic and his eyes look kind of psychotic. Not to mention the shirt unbuttoned to the navel all the time 🤮

She said in the Last Resort that it really had been her father leaning on her to stay in the marriage. I wonder what Papa Kalani/Kolini will say about his son-in-law now.

There have been some real winners on 90 Day: Geoffrey, now in prison for assault and kidnapping; Paul, whose depravity seems to know no bottom (p0rn with your brother-in-law??), and Karine hardly better; gross gross gross Mike who acted like he bought Ximena (who was not a winner either) and showed up with poop on his shoes, basically demanding sex from her; Pao, who has emotionally bullied Russ from day one; that Russian little person who turned out to be a racist and had her story ended early, leading to her being known online as "the littlest Klansman"... and those are just the most egregious ones.

And I can't stop watching.  Just super excited for Closet Mom to finally show up tomorrow.

Well tonight is the recommitment ceremony for the last resort.
I think Jovi and Yara will stay together, but they definitely need counseling for their issues. Off topic I saw their Halloween costumes with Mylah they were awesome.
My opinion Liz just needs to throw in the towel on Big Ed. He claims he's changing but he's not, he made a remark last week when she walked away like he always does.
Kalani and Asuelo mismatched from the beginning. He was a vacation romance and she ended up pregnant. But she really thought they would be able to make it I think. Once he got here the cultural differences were glaring.  Even though Kalani is half Samoan. I get she wanted to stay a family because of the boys.
Angela brought divorce papers, and she's not going to serve them on Michael. She needs to keep that little thread connection to TLC. But I don't know if he's ever going to get a visa to the United States so they're basically a non-story.

Yohan and Danielle, disaster from the get go. She made him promises which she didn't intend to keep. He is listening to his friends and all their stories from marrying Americans. He is very machismo.  And she continually insults his manhood. Like when she said that he was going to be her wife etc. And she's very independent and opinionated, yes she needs to go back to America.
Sarper 🤮 I can't even stand looking at him. Shekinah is delusional and is going to end up heartbroken.

Nikki and Justin ugh. It's so scripted and uncomfortable to watch. And when they were at the park and she said let's go make a baby 🤣
Rob and Sophie are on two different pages. I think she'll be going back to England.
Angela and Manuel, She drives me crazy calling him mi vida all the time. I think he's here to support his family and not for the reasons she hopes.
Sorry I'm mixing The  Last resort up with 90 Day fiance the other way lol

Mary Lou reacted to Heavy-State in My Comprehensive DCF (Direct Consular Filing) Experience - Bucharest
I'm sharing my DCF (Direct Consular Filing) experience in hope that it comes in handy for others, and to help simplify this often less-discussed path for obtaining permanent residence for a foreign spouse in the US. I know how tough and stressful this journey can be, and I'm super grateful that we were able to pull this off so quickly.   About Us: I’m a US citizen, and my Romanian spouse and I were in Romania when we made the decision to initiate the DCF process under exceptional circumstances. Despite having accepted a job offer in the US, a job offer letter was not listed among the required documents for this process, as you will see in the document checklist below.   Our Timeline: August 7th, 2023: Sent an email to US embassy in Bucharest explaining our situation and requesting DCF. We initially sent the email to the incorrect address (posted on their website) but eventually called them to get the correct email address. So make sure you have the right one. Here’s a draft of my email in case it helps someone else get an idea of what to write:
“Dear Consular Officer,   I hope this email finds you well. My name is [name], an American citizen currently residing in Romania with my spouse. I wish to return to the United States and have my spouse accompany me. I am reaching out to explain our situation and kindly request the opportunity to file our Direct Consular Filing (DCF) documents at the U.S. Embassy in Bucharest.   To provide some context, I initially arrived here because [fill out your reason] on a temporary [type of visa] visa in [year]. Throughout my time here, my relationship with my now spouse blossomed, and we have been together since [year]. We decided to take the next step in our journey and officially married on [date].   I am excited to share that I have received a fantastic job offer from a well-known U.S. company, with a start date scheduled for [date]. Given the time-sensitive nature of this opportunity, I kindly request your assistance in arranging an appointment at the U.S. Embassy in Bucharest to submit our completed documents. We are flexible and available at your convenience, having prepared all the necessary forms and collected the required documents for the application, including forms I-130 and I-130A.   I appreciate your attention to this matter and sincerely hope for a positive response. We eagerly await your reply.   Kind regards, [name] [phone number]”   August 8th, 2023: Received a response from the embassy, approving our DCF request. We were instructed to appear at the embassy on August 14th to present the following documents: Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, completed and signed by me. Form I-130A, Supplemental Information for a Spouse Beneficiary Two photos for each of us. My U.S. passport. Spouse's passport. Spouse’s birth certificate. Our marriage certificate. Proof of the termination of any prior marriages (if applicable). Evidence of our relationship; For evidence, I put together a photo album with around 40 pictures that pretty much told our story from the beginning to now. They seemed to really appreciate it. We also included joint bank account statements, proof of our shared public health insurance, and evidence that we're living at the same address. The $535.00 fee, payable in cash or by credit card at the Consular Section (in U.S. or Romanian currency).   August 14th, 2023: Made it to the interview at the embassy. The staff were very kind and helpful. The consular officer reviewed our documents, let us know that everything’s looking good, and informed us that we'd receive an official email soon with instructions to complete DS-260 online and the next steps.   August 18th, 2023: Received the official email, it included instructions and provided my spouse's case number, which was necessary to complete the DS-260 form. It also explained the process for the medical examination. We were required to follow these steps before scheduling the final interview: Complete the DS-260 form. Undergo the required medical examination. Prepare the following documents to bring to the final interview: Spouse’s valid passport. Spouse’s two photos. Spouse’s original birth certificate. The original marriage certificate. Proof of termination of prior marriages (if applicable). Police certificates from spouse’s country of nationality and any other countries where they had lived for more than one year. A medical examination. Affidavit of support (Form I-864 or Form I-864EZ) filled out and signed by me; I did not work at the time, so we used my spouse's foreign income for financial support, which was going to continue in the States. Many wonder if this is doable, and it absolutely is, as long as the spouse's income is set to continue in the States and exceeds three times the 125% poverty guidelines. (Check out USCIS’s Instructions for Affidavit of Support for more information). Copy of my most recent Federal Income Tax Return; I didn't have recent tax returns since I hadn't filed for the most recent year. So, I wrote an affidavit letter explaining my situation, and they were perfectly fine with it. A fee of $325.00 payable only at the consular cashier on the day of the visa appointment, in cash or by card (in U.S. or Romanian currency).   September 7th, 2023: We sent an email to the embassy, confirming that we had all the necessary documents ready (obtaining my spouse's police certificates took longer than anticipated due to technical issues). The embassy then emailed us back with the date and time for the final interview, which was scheduled for September 18th.   September 18th, 2023: We showed up at the embassy, the security personnel were quite rude this time around, which I didn't appreciate. But on the bright side, the rest of the staff at the embassy were helpful and friendly. They checked our documents, took my spouse's fingerprints, and provided us with the awesome news that we were fully approved. They kept spouse's passport and offered us clear instructions on arranging passport delivery. Regarding the Affidavit of support: I’d like to mention that although they initially expected the financial support for the I-864 to come from US sponsor(s), they were perfectly fine with me sponsoring my spouse using our household income from spouse’s work that was going to continue in the states.   September 18th, 2023: We completed the passport delivery process online as soon as we got home. As a side note, although it wasn't explicitly mentioned to us before, it's advisable to complete the online passport delivery process in advance of the final interview. (though I don’t believe it mattered after all, we still received the passport back pretty quickly).   September 20th, 2023: We received spouse's passport containing the visa in the mail, along with a sealed packet that is meant to be presented to an immigration officer upon our arrival in the US, unopened.   That's it! I hope this post can serve as a reference point for others considering this process.   I also wanted to point out that as I was doing my research, I've noticed some folks on immigration forums making the DCF process sound like a real challenge. While I understand that different people have different circumstances and experiences, I’m also here to tell you that it's not all that scary, and you can definitely do it! Especially if your case is as straightforward as ours. Everything went super smoothly for us, and for that I’m forever grateful. I wish this option wasn't limited to people with exceptional circumstances. It truly pains me to think that some couples and families have to be apart or wait for years to get this process wrapped up. It's just not fair.   Total time from the initial email to passport delivery: Approx. 42 days.

Jovi is perpetuating Yara's insecurities.  He really does need help.  That level of obsession with strippers is unhealthy.  Yara needs it too because she is a beautiful girl but those self esteem issues are just going to translate to Mylah.

I think Kalani and Asuelo are on the best path, too.  They are both immature for their ages and rushed in because they had Kennedy and Oliver.

Johan - that guy...Danielle needs to move back to America.  I couldn't believe when Johan said "oh my friend married an American and she bought him a brand new car and this and that".  Gimme a break.  Danielle is not your bank account.  Just really old school, completely skewed, patriarchal type attitude.

Shekinah and Sarper are ridiculous.  She's immature as anything and they are both jealous as anything.  Nikki and Justin aren't much different.

Kimberly and TJ - she's freaking psycho!  Don't get me wrong, CJ's brother is an immature ###, too, but she's off the rails.  And who doesn't research the marriage ceremony if you're getting married in another country?!?!
