    Hello, I have a question I am at the NVC stage now, I am filling DS 260 on behalf on my mother and father, so I got confused at the family information page, the question which parents do I need to provide information for on this page ? My parents or their parents ?

    My parents petitions got approved today by USCIS, can you tell me what to expect from NVC?.and also can you give the checklist required during this stage? Thank you.

    Congrats. May I ask what is your filing date? And which service center ?

    I did double check several times through the week with USCIS customer representatives, it is at texas service center only one of them told me Nebraska, and senator told me potomac, but most of the representatives told me TSC, so I assume it it at texas service center.

    there are some changes happened on the immigration visas as for the vaccine requirements I had just seen on the link bellow, they took immigration visa holders off the requirement. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/travelers/proof-of-vaccination.html

    Hello guys. I am kinda lost now I don't know which service center is really processing my petition. When I asked back in March one of the USCIS representatives told me that my petitions for my parents are at Texas service cente, and sometime in May my senator office told me the petitions are processed by potomac, and now I just got offline talking with one of the USCIS representatives who told me that both petitions are at Nebraska service center. The question remains, had anyone went through the same experience before ?

    I contacted the senator's office and they submitted an inquiry on my behalf that is how I found out.

    They transfered my petitions from Texas to potomac.

    Not yet still waiting active reviewing since 01/15/22.

    Yes sometimes this process is very stressful, and all we can do is wait and hope for the best.
