I’m literally crying happy tears, I finally got my case approved today!!! I submitted back in March 2021. Not only have I waited for it for almost 3 years, I never had a previous physical green card and it has made my life so difficult when traveling etc. My conditional card was lost/stolen by the post office and I never got a replacement. I truly hope the history doesn’t repeat itself 😫

Oh wow, congrats!! I’m in the exact same boat, filed in March 2021 and no movement since fingerprints in June 2021. Keeping my fingers crossed it’s my turn soon 🤞🏻

Officially at 900 days since filing, will we make it to a 1000 😜

My received date at Potomac was February 23:rd 2021, and today my status changed to New card is being produced. 😅 Now I'm just crossing my fingers they'll send the card to the right address (I've moved twice since i applied) 🤞
 
Been checking the progress at Potomac by using the case track app, and they seem to be processing applications from second half of February 2021 at the moment. Good luck everyone!

The first thought I have seeing 854 (now 855 days) will USCIS treat that information as still 'up to date' ? In 800+ Days so much can happen... 
 
It's sad to see how they let people hang just extending a legal document.  Should be a > 6 month process  😕

UPDATE
Finally received my document in mail! It looks a bit different than the one previously shared, as it has my photo on. So after the request, it took between 2-3 weeks for my request to be processed and couple of days ago I received a new e-mail that my request has been approved. I also received another paper together with this stating that my document was approved and it acts as a proof of residence etc, same what was shared in the other thread.
Super happy it saved me a trip to the office!

That's great!! I haven't received anything in the mail yet but I checked my online account and this is what it says ''On February 17, 2023, your request to have the field office mail an T2 I551 stamp, referral number ######, was assigned to an officer for response.''
So seems to be the real deal!!

I'm kind of chuckling - it's almost like they went into the document vault and found boxes upon boxes of old I-94 cards from before the digital age and were tasked with using them.  
 
That in mind, this definitely simplifies the lengthy InfoPass for ADIT stamp process, as OP said.  All good until some evil genius pulls together a nefarious plan to "be creative" and fake them.  

Rumour has it the next update will be to issue I-551 stamps on expired covid test boxes.

Oh wow, thanks a lot!!! I'm pretty sure what he said was I-94 too. So everything he said might have been true besides it being a new thing from this or last month. But I'll forgive him for that lol. Anyway I'm hopeful again and will keep you updated! I appreciate the help.

@Lotus95, when you receive your document kindly post a readcted picture here like HarryWL did so we have more proof this urban myth is actually true. 😀

Wow things are moving fast for once! My interview date was May 29 and on May 31st my Green Card was mailed out to me, so looks like i’ll have it in hand in the next couple of days! Finally get to go to my home country without worries after almost 3 years. 

So I had my interview yesterday, exactly one year apart from my PD.
The interview was a pretty bad experience to be honest, we didn’t had as much supporting documents as we would have liked.  By the end the IO told us that the case needs further review and she doesn’t know if our supporting documents are sufficient enough. I almost cried on our way home but as soon as I laid down I got a notice that new card is in production. I’m still having a hard time believing it but I guess it’s finally done 😀🎉

I cannot believe what has happened 🙃 Was tracking my green card and got a notice on Wednesday by uscis and usps that it has been delivered to my mailbox, but guess what? No freaking card! Just as when i thought it’s finally over..
