    NOA1 Received date 4-10-17

    NOA1 notice date 4-13-17

NOA2 Notice Date 8-16-17 I received it in the mail on 4-21-17, both the tracker app and USCIS website still show "Received 4-10-17"

    YEA....

Congrats! We have the same NOA1 received and notice dates and we have no NOA 2 yet😞 called USCIS and got the canned response, they refused to transfer to tier 2. this is literally holding off the plans we made especially the planned date of our wedding..

  2. It's a stormy evening here in the Philippines..hope the electricity won't go off, I have charged powerbank though if in any case..I'm glad to be just at home especially during this stormy month..my fiancé said there's nothing in the mailbox today so we're hoping for Monday..131 days..our case is pretty easy..I've never been outside Luzon too, lol😂😂😂

I just use the Apple USCIS App. It basically allows me to check the status of lots of cases simultaneously by simply adding multiple cases to a 'my cases' page and refreshing. Nothing yet for your WAC number. In fact, it doesnt look like there are any updates for 10/4 receieved date today :(. But, someone on here ^^ just posted about a possible approval for their case when they called USCIS (NOA1 13/4, the same as ours). So all hope isn't lost! :star:

That's a good update..just needed some positive vibes today..also hoping that ours wasn't put in the slowest pile..crossed fingers that we move to the next step soon..anyway yep we do have the same timeline but adjudication timeline keeps on moving backwards one day each day for us 😞

    Always received date :)

I assume if they are touching 04/11 and 04/13, they probably worked already on your date too. Anyway, I'll do that tomorrow morning if I have the time, and check the 298 cases for your date :)

@Eric.molnar Not sure, because I don't use any app to do this. I check the numbers on April cases Excel with both the app and tracker, but using the numbers specifically listed there... Duh, I don't think I'm explaining well. Sorry, bad headache

You're so sweet and very helpful @Estibaliz always, thank you so much..nerve wrecked here..yep, I hope our case is done..rest up and feel better😊

I don't know if it's any help, but I just checked all the cases for dates 11-13 April. I barely see anything there, just a NOID for April 11th and a RFE for April 13th, both dated today August 17th.

I guess they are working around those dates along with older ones?

It's received date right? omg, I'm nervous is there anything for 04-10 received date?

I had originally planned on sending it through the military APO address to one of my buddies who worked at Camp Bondsteel but I found out 2 days ago that he had quit and moved to Chicago this past weekend. So USPS priority it is! I've had other packages delivered there without any issue. I'm sending my fiancee a new cellphone with US service so when she hits the POE she has telephone service immediately and can call me.

Excellent idea! A lot of people don't think of it. I'm planning on going over and claiming my bride but if not. I'll drive to LA and pick her up there. That would be a 3000 mile road trip lol

I had bad experiences with FedEx and UPS in Kosovo. I had perishable medicine sent to me and neither one could seem to get it there before it expired (packed in 1 week cooler boxes). The UPS shipment got stuck in customs even though I had diplomatic clearance to receive it without customs interference. FedEx couldn't seem to find Kosovo. First they shipped it to Serbia through Paris. Serbia sent it back to Paris who then sent it to Germany for some reason. Germany sent it to Serbia again who shipped it back to Germany. Three weeks later it arrived in Kosovo. At that point it was just a giant paper weight.

That's not good! I'll go with USPS and hope they can find the address in Laguna better than they found the Dallas Lockbox.

A wet signature is required but you can add the information to the signed document. I'm mailing my fiancee's I-134 package with the signature this week and will send her the updated page with the NVC number(s) and she can replace the page(s) within the packet. It's like 3 weeks delivery for mail in Kosovo unless you want to pay 4 times the shipping cost ($400) for expediting and then it gets there in 1 to 2 weeks.

Holy crapp, who are you using to send it? I'm curious what carrier is best for legal documents to the Philippines. I know Kosovo is a different animal but wow!

I read somewhere (quite a while ago) that if the sponsor is actively serving in the US military you only have to meet 100% of the poverty line. Has anyone else seen this? I can't remember where I read it but can't find it anymore.

It would make sense since my fiancé doesn't get money for food/housing as this is provided for free.

    Yes active military is 100%
