    Update: Guys”
I gathered all documents that was requested stated on the RFE letter. I had two option.

1)option was to upload and submit all  documents requested, on my USCIS account.

2)option was to mail all documents requested, to the address, listed on the RFE letter.

    I chose option 2.
After sending documents. i did not received a notice saying they had received the documents. So, I  waited, and hoping for the best. I kept checking my USCIS account to see if there were any changes, it was kind a nail biting. Lol!

Anyway” I got the best news! right before thanksgiving, saying: they had made a determination, and they had scheduled a interview. I was so happy!

my interview was on Saturday, 12/07/2021. at 7:am. When I went to the interview I had to take my green card, appointment notice, a pen. And wear a mask. There’s a questionnaire on the back of the notice letter, which I filled out prior to the interview.

the ceremony was short, powerful, and sweet” it lasted for like five minutes.  I had 42 people in my group. Ceremony was in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. after the oath ceremony, they said to check to see if everything was correct on the certificate. Then we can leave. and that was it.
And now I am an American citizen!😊🇺🇸

    Thank y’all!
And good luck on y’all  immigration journey.

You are missing the proof of compliance part. You need evidence that to are making the payments and making them on time.

    Hello Odry.
    1. Congratulations!!
    2. Don't be concerned or worried, you don't need such negative vibe in your state.
    3. My opinion is, consult a skilled immigration attorney now, before you get your interview invite letter. He / She would be ready to know what to do.
    4. Consider number 3, USCIS could be a bully when a legal consultant is not involved. I am kind of recovering from depression and a bitter experience of not consulting an immigration attorney.
    Good luck.

I swear I felt that way too. I got my NOA, 3 days after I sent my documents and a week after the first NOA I got my biometrics appointment letter.
I just wish it could be really fast to get the whole process done.

Received our biometrics appointment letter today!  The notice was dated 10/4 but we didn't receive it until 10/15, and the appointment is for 10/24...not very much notice at all!  The ASC is over an hour away and the appointment is for 11 AM (inconvenient to leave work in the middle of the day for us, early morning or later afternoon would be more convenient), so we're both very lucky that we can afford to take time off work to go.  Very aware how lucky we are and how many people don't have that flexibility.

Excited to see that things are moving along, at least, although we anticipate a long wait between completing biometrics and hearing back about the interview/approval!

    To Whom This May Concern,

Please find attached Form I-751, petition to remove conditions of permanent residence for Husband  (A# A123 456 789).  USCIS granted Husband conditional permanent residence on December 14, 2017 on the basis of his marriage to U.S. citizen Wife on March 18, 2017.

So we spent most of yesterday and today compiling evidence and are going to print and scan things gradually over the next few weeks in the hopes of sending it all off on September 16!  I figured I'd provide our list of evidence to 1) see if you guys think it's enough and 2) hopefully help anyone else preparing to apply in September.

    So here's what we have:

    -Copy of marriage certificate
-8 photos from 2017-2019, including our wedding, family reunions, family graduations, family weddings, Halloween parties, vacations, us with our realtor when we bought our house, etc.
-Receipts for plane tickets, hotel, and activities for a big anniversary vacation we took last year (one photo of us with a major landmark from this vacation is included with the photos)
-Airplane ticket receipts and boarding passes for our visits to my husband's family in the UK
-Renter's insurance document from our old apartment in both our names (2017)
-Car insurance documents in both names (span of the last couple years with different companies)
-Home insurance documents in both our names (2018 and 2019, different policies with different companies)
-Bank account statements, checking and savings (4-5 spread out over the last 2 years, a combination of checking and savings accounts)
-Mortgage documents proving we both own the house (closing documents from when we first bought the house and a recent mortgage statement)
-Life insurance documents proving we are the beneficiaries of one another's life insurance policies (including a 2017 beneficiary designation letter for me proving he's been my beneficiary since 2017)
-Retirement documents proving we are the beneficiaries of one another's retirement accounts (with an earlier statement to prove that he's been my beneficiary since 2017)
-Scans of health insurance ID cards proving we are on the same health insurance through our employer
-Utility bills with both our names (multiple spread out since 2017, at both our previous address and our current address)
-Official IRS transcripts proving we filed our taxes jointly (2017 and 2018)

    Hope it's helpful!

That's really true. My wife visited me in Nigeria 5 times in 14 months during our CR1 process. That tells a lot and also build the fact that we can't but to be together also its expensive and risky travelling. I took her travel documents with me for the interview  (though it wasn't necessary ).

Sure you can request an earlier date from Embassy. Track your petition once it arrives at embassy you email Lagos and ask for earlier date. A sample of what you can say is in the 1st post in this thread. More than likely denied but doesn't hurt to ask.

I don't think that's a nice idea. Despite that do not touch the interview dates. Since NVC scheduled interview date on Dec 21st, that means there are no available slots before Dec 21st. You can always postpone interview date (which delays more time) if you want.

Tourist visa will be faster than CR1. she should visit one of your family member.
Then, tender CRI petition to have your wife there with you.
    Congratulations on your new wedding.
