Sadly I saw more people asking questions turn into rude comments towards the people answering because they don't like the rules/laws and they don't like the answers they get... I feel that sometimes is not rude but maybe crude answers... or surprised ones when someone asking have a weird case... Also I assume not everyone have my sense of humor, I can sound rude at times but is mostly a sarcastic character and a peculiar sense of humor...

Sorry, I read again and realize you are bringing family... Maybe the DNA results raise a red flag or something in the process couldnt be completed, innacurate information... Good luck in your journey

    B-1 Temporary Business Visitor
You may be eligible for a B-1 visa if you will be participating in business activities of a commercial or professional nature in the United States, including, but not limited to:
    Consulting with business associates
Traveling for a scientific, educational, professional or business convention, or a conference on specific dates
    Settling an estate
    Negotiating a contract
    Participating in short-term training
Transiting through the United States: certain persons may transit the United States with a B-1 visa
You are not doing any of this, that B1 visa you obtained is only a visitor visa, you cannot work with that visa

She can remove condition without your help, I know this is not what you wanna hear/read but is a fact. The only thing you can do is to write a letter to USCIS and maybe even hand it personally in an Infopass appointment in your local office, but honestly that won't affect much her case, if any. I understand you are hurt and is painful beyond words but since her arrival you saw so many red flags and kept going, maybe it was love, need, loneliness, stubbornness, you name it... but right now, there is nothing you can do or should do... Forget about her, not that she worth even a thought from you... and if what you want is love, look in people you can trust, people you can see daily and can show you their true colors, not people in the other side of the world that can easily be scamming you or using you. Don't make impulsive decisions and analize the people you get involved with, before you get your feelings control you... Good luck.

In Mexico this is the authority that gives the visas/ permision to entry the country:

India nationals do need visa to visit the country, the conditions to not need it is to present a valid green card or a valid visa, if the OP don't have a multientry visa to USA or the green card, he would need a visa to visit Mexico. The Combo card is not valid as a proof of US legal residency nor as a visa for the US. So sadly OP will probably loose his money

And just want to add, that in my opinion the cruise lines, airlines and all the groups that do bussiness with anything related with international tourism should be more able to help/ inform of the updated needs for their passengers to the countries they will visit, Is terrible that someone need to loose money for something they could prevent with better information pre purchase

If they already told your sister to apply for a visa, that is what she should do... In this page nobody will tell you to lie/ hide information or do anything illegal... What I mean is, she was already denied, why risking more trouble??? Better apply for the visa they already told her to apply for
