I think they will let you in.  However, I think they are going to ask you to sign an I-407.  Why not sign since you are evidently living outside the US?

They definitely need civil docs uploaded, but you may well need to do the DS-260 before that becomes available to you, that's the next step. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/step-5-collect-financial-evidence-and-other-supporting-documents/step-6-complete-online-visa-application.html

That is odd.  A BC can be obtained in a matter of 2 or 3 days. Google birth certificate services.

Team two bedrooms here - husband wants to freeze in 55 degree room - you go right ahead. I like my bedroom where I'm not shivering and having to be under a pile of blankets.

Yes.  Just explain it at the interview....if it even comes up for discussion.

Incorrect.  Transcripts are the past.  You must also sign the affidavit stating your current income.  The latest tax return or return transcript only document current income for the self employed, not the employed or unemployed.

That page would normally indicate the number of days between submitting a B2 application and an appointment. "Closed" means they aren't taking applications.  See this page:

That isn't what the question is asking for.  "Deceased" is the correct answer.

Tax returns are evidence of past income, not current.

Evidence of current income are most recent paystubs and an official employment letter from your employer stating your salary.

We are team two bedrooms here.  Just did not have the means to go full Versailles and get separate quarters
Seriously, chronic pain and different sleep cycles/preferences, best decision ever.

Why does the health of a relationship depend on whether or not you sleep in the same bed?  I think it's silly.  If you are content sleeping apart, go for it.  If you prefer to be together, have at er.  I'd go so far as to say that if your sleep is jeopardized, your relationship is far more likely to be challenged than if you contentedly earn a good night's sleep solo!

My grandparents slept in separate rooms for exactly the reasons listed above - snoring competitions and unrestful sleep. My grandfather was a firefighter and worked shift work, too, so it was just easier for him to be tucked away in his own quiet quarters.

At the end of the day, gotta do what's best for you and your relationship, end of story!

Return tickets mean absolutely nothing.  They are not strong ties to home country.  Lying to US immigration officials is a serious matter.  They already know about you.  They might think you are just trying to bypass the K-1 process.

Typically you need to go through entire medical exam and civil surgeon will have to sign forms for USCIS. What is medical exemption letter? As far as I'm aware a private doctor cannot make any determinations about exams for USCIS, simply doesn't have an authority for that.

So you are just seeking an exemption for the vaccine requirement, not the whole medical? You'll need to file for a waiver. Form I-601 is what you need, lots of info about it on the relevant section of VJ - https://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/113-waivers-i-601-and-i-212-and-administrative-processes-221g/

Bottom line, to me: @pama2024, with a 2 year HRR, that must be your first concern for her becoming a legal resident.  My understanding is that she will have to either return home and wait out the HRR per her contract....or she will have to seek a waiver and no objection letter (which is not guaranteed).  Seems that is a cumbersome, lengthy process.  There are countless threads here on VJ discussing that subject.  Either way, it's going to take some time.
