  1. Interesting.. That is outside my area of knowledge.
  2. How can that change history?
  3. Ever seen one of these waivers approved? I have not. You need to meet before filing an I-129f.
  4. My understanding is that consulates release available appointments to NVC once a month. Timing is probably consulate specific. "Available" slots are probably non-immigrant visas and expedites.
  5. 1. Case is DQ'd by NVC. 2. Case then enters NVC queue for your consulate and waits at NVC. 3. Consulate informs NVC of available interview date for upcoming month. 4. NVC schedules interviews for cases at the front of the line. 5. NVC schedules your interview when your case reaches the front of the queue for that consulate. 6. NVC notifies person of interview date via email. 7. NVC then sends case to consulate. After the interview is scheduled, it can take several days to several weeks for the consulate to receive the case.
  6. Is this contract you mention a nikah nama? @JeanneAdil
  7. Where did he hear this? This is a new one to me. How could exiting the US possibly erase his work history?
  8. Thanks for clarifying the situation. The title of this thread indicates something different. Good luck.
  9. I just created a new topic from a question in this thread. It broadens the number of viewers.
  10. ***Hijack comment split to new topic thread***

  12. Spam...or premature. The official USCIS I-129f page does not give that option: Petition for Alien Fiancé(e) | USCIS The I-129f is also NOT included in the official list of online USCIS forms: Forms Available to File Online | USCIS Your example was for your I-130. No one has ever filed an online I-129F. Maybe the option will come soon.
  13. if the case was already sent from NVC to the wrong consulate, you must contact the CORRRECT consulate and ask them to initiate a transfer. You can also contact the incorrect consulate and inform them.
  14. Has the case already been sent to AIT (American Institute in Taiwan)? or is it still at NVC?
  15. The OP's zip code is not a serious issue at all. It's a very small typo on the marriage certificate.
  16. This is incorrect. US citizens do not immigrate to the US.
  17. The correct answers are NO. US citizens do not immigrate to the US.
  18. This topic concerns the I-129f which CANNOT be submitted online. Please don't confuse the issue.
  19. "Collections" agencies would cost a lot of money. The administrative costs of a billing system would be prohibitive, imho. The IRS is taxpayer funded. USCIS is fee-funded.
  20. You do not want to have 2 petitions floating around in the system. Patience is the key throughout the entire immigration journey.
