    As long as she filed a proper I-485, she is granted "authorized stay" in the US until the I-485 has been either approved or denied.     No matter whom the dem candidate is, he/she/they will have to defend Biden's indefensible border and economic policies . Remember: Kamala is the border czar.

    Yes. An RFIE for an I-485 normally halts the processing of the EAD since the I-485 is the basis for the I-765. Once USCIS has cleared your response, processing will continue for both forms.

    Rumors mentioning this have now started. This, imo, would be a good move for the country's security. It might also be the dems' last (and weak) desperate hope for the 2024 election. The rumors are all over the spectrum....and none are good for the dems.

    Word on the street is that Biden is still staying in the race. Perhaps they have given up on this election since polls indicate that Trump could flip states which haven't voted red in decades. Maybe it's time to lick their wounds and rebuild with some totally unknown "moderate" democrat. There are certainly a lot of possible scenarios as to what is really going on behind the scenes. The civil war in the dem party is so much fun to watch.

    Along those lines, I think I can safely say that if the dems ever get a blue POTUS, blue House, and blue Senate, they will pass a law expanding the SCOTUS...and they will pack it.

    Marriage to US citizen does not confer the right to apply for work authorization. Once you enter the US via an immigrant visa, you are authorized to work.

    You described DFW international flights very well. It is very convenient, imo. I always park right across the street in that parking garage.

    My wife and I have entered the US at both POEs. She entered, via a CR-1, at DFW. I don't think either will be difficult. Good luck.

    Well, there are reports that Biden is actually considering stepping aside. How do they bypass kamala? NOTE: When asked by a reporter during today's press briefing, KJP just strongly denied that Biden is considering stepping down..."Absolutely Not"!!! Considering that KJP spoke, I'd say there is a very good chance.
