  1. The law states that a US citizen must enter and exit the US with a valid US passport, but that doesn't mean you must enter another country using a US passport. For example, my wife exits the US with her US passport, but she enters Taiwan with her TW passport as a Taiwanese citizen. She exits Taiwan with her Taiwan passport, but enters the US with her US passport...all legal. My research shows that Cambodia allows dual citizenship.
  2. If she is a dual citizen, why can't she just enter Cambodia with her Cambodian passport? That what many, if not most, dual citizens do.
  3. What is the priority date for the F4 case? There is no need to close the prior case. You just send I-130s to start IR-5 cases. Multiple I-130s are not a problem.
  4. If she had a pending I-751, I'm surprised they didn't call you in and conduct separate interviews. Congratulations in getting USCIS off your back....
  5. 1. You petition mother. The process will take a couple years. 2. After arriving in the US, Mother petitions your sister. That will take several years. @Boiler stated the only way for them to immigrate together if sister cannot be left behind. Sister's case, through only you, will take more than 20 years. I understand the problem, but, under current law, I don't see a faster way. Your mother is considered to be an immediate relative of a US citizen. There is no waiting for a visa number, thus it is relatively fast ( a couple years). Your sister is NOT considered to be an immediate relative of a US citizen. People in that category must wait until a visa number is available since there is a cap on the number of immigrants. There is a long, long line ahead of her waiting for a visa number. That's why sister case will take much longer.
  6. Your petitioning mother to immigrate will take a couple years. Your petitioning your sister to immigrate will take 20+ years.
  7. In your previous thread, you asked about petitioning your whole family. @Boiler just gave you the answer if petitioning mother only. But that will take more than 20 years.
  8. This immigration question was answered in your previous thread. I have merged the 2 threads. Please don't duplicate this question in another new thread.
  9. Access to bank account restored. I hope it is really fixed.
  10. ***Moved to the Philippines regional forum for country specific requirements and questions***

  12. It will be fun watching the blame game after _________, the dem candidate, loses in November.
  13. My question is: How does Biden leave? Will he simply step aside from re-election....or will he resign from office in an attempt to boost a presidential looking Kamal? The dems would really like the boost to their base for the first woman POTUS.
  14. I think it will be Kamala. I am now hearing that Mark Kelly is a strong contender for VP. That would be a strategic move to hang on to Arizona.
  15. Breaking- WH holding firm that Biden is staying in the race. The drama is at a boiling point.
  16. Absolutely. It can also be caused by corporations running outdated software and/or hardware. Not all updates are 100% backwards-compatible.
  17. I can't access my bank account online today. Very inconvenient.
  18. Who is the petitioner? Simple question which you have not answered.
  19. The fee increases also created a rush to beat the April 1 deadline.
  20. Biden could attempt to take some glitter away from Trump tonight......but I doubt it will happen soon. I hear that the Biden team is making calls to the dem delegates asking them to ride with Joe. The dem civil war is making me binge on popcorn.
  21. It is recommended to wait until visa is in hand and has been checked for accuracy. Good luck.
  22. Could play out. Then, 100% of the blame is on Biden and Jill, leaving the party to say "I told you, so, Joe". It is also possible that no other dem candidate wants to face Trump, the American Lion this year. Who wants to enter the 2028 race as damaged goods? But I see this as extremely risky, too, for the down ballot . Right now, the polls I follow show the dems losing everything in November. For the sake of the down ballot candidates, the dems need to convince Joe to step aside....even if the top of the ballot is a loser.
  23. I don't think they can bypass Harris as POTUS candidate. However, the possibilities for her VP are wide open. I would bet against Whitmer. Maybe they choose Shapiro. They need Pennsylvania.
