I agree with @Dashinka.  I would include a set of transcripts for EACH I-864.  Always leave no room for ambiguity when dealing with immigration authorities...LOL.

Is your husband a joint sponsor or a household member that is contributing to your ability to be the primary sponsor.  If the second one, I believe he fills out the I864a.  As to tax transcripts, yes, since you file jointly you can use the same transcripts, but I would submit copies with each form, you never know when USCIS will split up packages.

Our daughter called this afternoon sobbing because our son-in-law told her that my husband and I are being unreasonable about not co-signing and causing him mental anguish.  
 
I've directed them to this message board and that we wish them well, but they will have to figure this out independently.  

I try to show as much empathy as possible since being on this board and with the entire COVID situation.  However, for some reason, I dont have any empathy at all for the OP.  As far as I understand from the quick read of the thread, the OP's fiance or gf has overstayed for 2 years, which would be the entire length of this pandemic.  Canada has not been closed.  For the longest of time, you could have flown into the country but not crossed overland.  There were ways to get back.  Im mainly in the Philippines section and those couples (especially K1s) are going through pure h$ll.  Many of those couples have not seen their significant other for 16+ months, many others are over the two year mark now.  They have followed the rules, they have put their relationships on the line with the distance, the inability to even see each other with that country basically closed off to most foreigners.  I converted to Buddhism about 25 years ago and that red light to me is called karma.  Hopefully, though, things will eventually work out for the OP.

Actions have consequences, and getting married won’t escape these.  Proving “extreme hardship” for a waiver isn’t easy and it isn’t quick.  Sorry bro.  Tough break.
 
There IS a waiver process but it’ll take awhile.

Let's be completely honest here.   You were a visitor. The US graciously allowed you to visit without a visa.  I'm pretty sure you were aware that this was supposed to be only a visit.  I am also pretty sure you were aware that you were supposed to leave at the end of that visit.  You made the decision to remain and violate the conditions of VWP.  You made the decision to remain unlawfully inside the US for 15 years.  You made the decision to marry and involve others in this situation. This isn't the fault of a "broken immigration system".   This is a case of someone ignoring the lawful immigration system.  Are you aware that there are millions of people waiting their turn  outside the US to legally immigrate?  Some of these people have to wait years and years.

Yup, gerade das „teurer“ könnte momentan ein Problem werden mit DHL. Sie haben nämlich seit März deren Standard Paketversand für den privaten Bereich eingestellt (weil ja wegen Covid keine Fliegerkapazitäten mehr vorhanden sind) und seitdem kann man Pakete nur noch mit dem Premiumservice verschicken. Dies bedeutet für ein Paket bis 5kg Frachtkosten von 53€ 😓

Auch wir haben es noch last Minute geschafft. 
Hier mein kurzer Reisebericht:
Am Flughafen in Frankfurt war es super
entspannt, da momentan wenige Fliegen. Sind überall gut durch gekommen und wurden nur gefragt ob wir in letzter Zeit in China waren. Ansonsten verlief dort alles ruhig. Der ein-oder andere hatte Mundschutz an und der Vordermann im Flieger sogar einen Full-Body Suit mit Atemschutzmaske und Handschuhen 😅
In Philly angekommen mussten wir diesmal nur 5 Minuten warten und wurden dann in ein Extra Büro gerufen. Dort hat man dann mitbekommen, dass meine deutschen Mitreisenden ihr Esta gestrichen bekommen hatte während sie in der Luft waren, da Deutschland ja auf die Ban Liste gesetzt wurde. Sie haben denen aber dann noch geholfen und haben sie durch gewunken. 
Nun liege ich hier immernoch platt im Bett und kann garnicht glauben was in den letzten 24 Stunden passiert ist. Von 3 Wochen bis zum Umzug auf 1 1/2 Wochen und dann in einer Nacht und Nebel Aktion nur noch 1 Tag für alles zu haben ist echt verrückt!

Update vom Frankfurter Flughafen. 
Bis jetzt total leer. Sind super zu den Gates gekommen und keine Fragen. Alle scheinen sehr entspannt. Gelegentlich sieht man den ein-oder anderen mit Mundschutz umher laufen.

Ich konnte zwar meinen Flug nicht umbuchen (die ganze Fluggesellschaften Hotlines sind super überlastet), ich habe aber genauso wie Brookie einen neuen Flug gebucht. Es wird zwar überhaupt nicht gemütlich weil die Preise durch die Decke gingen aber ich hoffe sie lassen mich dann zumindest rein.

Flughafen München woher ich zuerst nach Wien muss, dort 11 Std. ausharren über Nacht, dann morgen um 10 nach Chicago und dann wenn alles gut geht bin ich am späten Nachmittag in Colorado Springs. Irre das ganze. Und mein Koffer beinhaltet nur wirr zusammengeworfenes Zeug, Geschenke und Mitbringsel habe ich natürlich nichts mehr besorgen können.
Und ich kam auf dem Weg schon drauf dass ich überbackenen Gnocchi im Kühlschrank vergessen hatte. 😬 Wie das wohl im einem Monat aussehen wird?
