Even if new tax statement is needed, i am assuming you worked all of 2015
so, you have tax statements for the last 3 years and that is what is required at interview
Go with this, especially if parents are willing to help you get back on your feet
    Good luck at interview

If you have income sufficent to buy a home, buy at anytime you are ready
After he comes and gets green card status and a job, add him to the mortage / mortgage companies like it when another responsible person is added as payee
I added my husband to deed with quick claim deed while he was still in ecuador
just called and got the paper work to add him to mortage / not as complicated as you may think
some companies will require new closing costs but many don't

CONUS = The 48 contiguous States and the District of Columbia or "the lower 48, as they're affectionately known to the Alaskans." Overseas = Any country or place beyond the CONUS. Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. territories are considered overseas under the Space-A Regulation.

you guys are missing the point
any of these places will take and print out your picture
but not of a photo when person is not in this country
the beneficary needs to get the passport photo done in their own country
passport photos are offical and can be used to apply for a passport (therefore must be done in person)
this is why it is good to collect these things at time of meeting in person
i took application, G 325 forms, intent to marry and did all when we were together
we did the passport photos (even mine as was cheaper in Ecuador)
and filled out all the biographies and paperwork
this saves a lot of mailing back and forth

kris&me got a reaction from Yuri S in How To Get SSN After POE
    :: For K1 Visa Holders ::

As a K-1 Visa Holder you are eligible to receive a SSN upon producing a valid I-94 (unexpired). Do
not wait until you only have a few weeks left until your I-94 expires to file for a SSN. Many SSA
offices will not allow you to file for a SSN if your I-94 is about to expire (generally 14 days prior
to the expiration on your I-94). On the other hand, you should also not file for a SSN too soon either.
You should wait 2 weeks after you arrived in the US before applying for a SSN. If you go too soon your
record of arrival will not be in the SAVE-ASVI system yet, and it will require manual verification from the
USCIS. As this will add weeks to the period it takes to process the SSN, it is advisable to attempt to wait the two weeks to be safe. If you have waited the 2 weeks and they tell you they can not verify you arrival record via the SAVE database, you may allow them to to process it (but remember the potential delay for manual verifications). You can ask if they will check the computer again for you in a few days or return personally to have them look again -- thus eliminating the manual verification. The manual verification will require the SSA office to file a G-845 with the USCIS.

To apply for a SSN you will need to go to your local SSA office and bring the documents below. These
documents are proof of your eligibility to file for a SSN:

kris&me got a reaction from Maryna and Justin in No tax job. Need advise for K-1
I was working outside the US for almost 2 years) when i met my spouse/ the company did not take out witholding taxes and i was required to pay directly to the US on form 1040 ES my estimated tax quarterly, to file 1040 each spring and pay any additional taxes still owed. This includes unemplyment taxes and Social Security taxes. On the 1040 in the spring a US citizen is pentialized for not paying enough in the quarterly estimated tax payments. It is better to pay too much and get a refund than to owe at this point.
You need a better tax consutlant as only a few government and military employees and senior citiizens do not nave to pay taxes and do a tax return each spring
He needs to correct this immediately
    Good luck

I am so sorry for your situation
but the other post is correct
Money problems add stress (not only now but in the future). It is the number one reason for marriage failure as it causes other issues
If you love each other you need to emotionally support the other / hard to do with the distance, yes, but it is the one thing that can hold you together
you can apply for expediated processing but if you can't afford the AOS is the future, not sure what would happen.
I hope here others can give you better advise. All i can say is that as a marriage and family advocate, i have seen too many with financial issues break apart giving them more money problems
THE BEST TO YOU/ hope your love can survive this stress
