The passport tracking site uses regular biographic data DOB, your social and name so you don't need a tracking number. When they are returning your passport you get a tracking number. There's no tracking number for the return of the certificate. 
 
I also got my photos at USPS. It was just easier for me to get everything done there. 
 

As someone who is currently looking for graduate school funding, yes there are many for citizens only. I never said anything about denying citizenship however they do recommend that your ss information is correct. Schooling was simply one benefit and I used it because of my own experience with seeking funding in 3 different immigration categories over the years. There are other benefits that are tied to SSA and citizenship that I've read but they never stuck in my mind because they don't apply to me. I'm missing no points. You might be tho.  Being particularly pendantic about my chosen example misses the point of, there are benefits tied to having the correct SSA information. 

My friend that is a lawyer says that it is more common when you marry within 1 year of meeting in person, met online and  immediately start sending money and buying gifts, does not introduce you to family and friends, among others.

With his CAPE and SAT he can enroll in college so yes let him start studying. He can even apply from Jamaica but you'll need to make sure they don't have him as an international student bc tuition would be much higher and he might qualify for other aid as a permanent resident. SATs are only done at specific times in Ja so make sure you start looking at registering early. 

If he's going to be 18 is he doing 6th form? Or will he only have CXCs. He can start taking SAT classes in Jamaica if that's the route he'll want to go. Community college is certainly a good starting point or option depending on what he wants to do. If he has subjects we don't need GED. Also depending on timing he can take SATs in Jamaica as well so it really depends.
 
His school should have a guidance counselor. Ask him to talk to him/her. They normally have good information about these things as a lot of Jamaican students attend college after finishing high school in Ja.

If The Husband makes enough for the household size, at least 4 just based on the info you've given, then he can be a joint sponsor and that's not an issue. But as everyone has said, that part doesn't come until after the i-130 is approved so things might change by then.

I'm not sure why I didn't get the card. I wish I had because that can be sent to some agencies as original proof of citizenship which is preferable to sending my actual Passport or certificate. I'll get it eventually.

I used the online thing as well and the USPS clerk did ask but I didn't fill it out. I got my passport just fine.

Got approved! Took a little over 6 weeks from them receiving the application and just over 7 weeks since I applied at a local USPS office.

Just a regular change in status. I never got any physical notice a matter of fact every time my cases were transferred it said I would receive a notice but I didn't (transfer from NBC to local office, my i-751 transfers etc) 
I would say tho, even though the status change occurred my case did not actually get transferred bc my interview was eventually scheduled at the old office. They fixed it and I only lost two months (assuming the new office would have scheduled me earlier- no way to tell). But I'd still say you shouldn't worry too much about it because their online system always have glitches but it's very rarely anything detrimental to your case. 

Actually I just remembered I made a post about it. Yes I did get an online update that my case has been transferred and new office has jurisdiction about 2 months after submitting AR-11 for change of address and changing address in online account. 

I've been trying to remember since I responded to your post. I think it did show that my case was transferred but my online account is sort of weird and no longer shows everything since I took oath. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

Since the father was not a citizen before OP was born, a CRBA is not possible 

So sorry. That category has been banned since April 2020. If it is lifted then, I imagine there might be a huge backlog of cases. All categories except for children and spouse of US citizens is banned 😔

That visa category is currently banned by a P residential Proclamation until March 31st. Meaning he can't get a visa, no interview letter until sometime after it has been lifted.

I had all sorts of issues with my cases with the NYC office as well but they eventually got themselves together...I would follow up again after the 60 days. They didn't transfer half my cases, I ended up having 2 n400 one of which was a combo. I wouldn't worry but I'd just call and check to see what's happening.
