Anyone who moved after filing N-400: did you get any official notice for new field office?

We moved about 1 month after starting the N-400 in April. Originally myuscis said I was supposed to get a notice that the case had been transferred to a new field office, but I never received it. Now myuscis just says "Invalid date Case Was Received and A Receipt Notice Was Emailed" and does not mention the "We're transferring your case to another USCIS field office for review" that it initially changed to.

 

Is this normal? I don't really understand why they would mention that a notice would be sent only to just delete than info later? The blurb originally said that it can take a few days to appear but it never appeared at all and now any mention of the case transfer is gone entirely. Just curious what happened to others who moved (to an area with a new field office), and what happened after.

I've been trying to remember since I responded to your post. I think it did show that my case was transferred but my online account is sort of weird and no longer shows everything since I took oath. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

Actually I just remembered I made a post about it. Yes I did get an online update that my case has been transferred and new office has jurisdiction about 2 months after submitting AR-11 for change of address and changing address in online account.

Oh whoa....see, this makes me concerned...I only used to have an update that they would notify me, but I never got notified. Was it a PDF document that you could download or just an update on the site?

Just a regular change in status. I never got any physical notice a matter of fact every time my cases were transferred it said I would receive a notice but I didn't (transfer from NBC to local office, my i-751 transfers etc) 

I would say tho, even though the status change occurred my case did not actually get transferred bc my interview was eventually scheduled at the old office. They fixed it and I only lost two months (assuming the new office would have scheduled me earlier- no way to tell). But I'd still say you shouldn't worry too much about it because their online system always have glitches but it's very rarely anything detrimental to your case.
