At the bottom of that letter (the one which instructs your wife to appear for Biometrics) there's a little bit of text pertaining to rescheduling the appointment.

You asked a question and the person replied. Maybe you didn't liked they replied but then do not ask the question.
Yes they have both entered in good faith. What the user i talking about is that she only wants to stay married to she gets her green card which seems odd since she is able to get it herself with a divorce.

I'm so sorry to read the entirety of this thread; what an awful situation to be in.
I echo the thoughts of everybody else on here - you're well rid of him, you clearly deserve much better, and he clearly did not respect you (nor does it particularly sound like he has the capacity to respect anybody)
Good luck on your journey, you're doing the right thing.

They are specifically looking for joint financial co-mingling and a shared communal residence. They also look very favorably upon birth certificates to any children born during the marriage.
That being said, if you are a little thin-on-the-ground evidence or paperwork wise, there's certainly no harm in including anything which details both your names. If this document that you're including details that you and your spouse share a Health Insurance policy then I would say by all means

I can't help wondering how many people could possibly still have to answer Yes when asked if they had any association with the Nazi government between 1933 and 1945. Someone in their early teens in 1945 would now be in their mid-eighties.

There's very little you can do.
You were supposed to register with Selective Service when you first got your Green Card. This would have been included in the welcome letter, and emphasized many times even before then.
Indeed, even undocumented (illegal) aliens are required to register with Selective Service.
From the manual: “an applicant who refused to or knowingly and willfully failed to register for Selective Service negates his disposition to the good order and happiness of the United States, attachment to the principles of the Constitution, good moral character, and willingness to bear arms on behalf of the United States. “
In all honesty, it may be better waiting for a full 5 years since your 26th birthday so that when filing, you can show "good moral character" for the past 5 years. Aka, wait until you are 31 years old, then file since your failure to register will be outside the statutory period.
If, however, you wish to continue, I would submit the following -- but be very careful:
Status Information Letter from Selective Service A Status Information Letter from the Selective Service states that you are over-age and therefore no longer required to register. USCIS will refuse to consider your situation without this letter. Sworn Declaration from Applicant This signed statement explains why you did not avoid the Selective Service and why the nature is innocent. ANY supporting documentation that you have which shows how you did not willfully and with full knowledge of the situation avoid registering for Selective Service. In summary: to be safe, wait until you're 31 before applying for citizenship (or in the case of citizenship based on an active and true marriage to a USC, 29). Else, proceed with caution using the above information.

The OP is going to have a very uphill battle and needs legal representation. That is the long and the short of this.
If you have some advice for her then I'm sure we'd all love to hear it so anyone in a comparable situation will have the benefit of any experience and knowledge you have.

Firstly, sorry to hear about your experience - it sounds like you had a really rough time.
There are certainly numerous red flags in your application, it's not at all a surprise the interview went the way it did. You need to lawyer up ASAP, especially (and I sincerely hope it won't) if it turns into a denial.
IF it does turn into a denial letter from USCIS, that's not the end of the road (and this is where the lawyer part is critical). You WILL have the opportunity to be heard before an immigration judge, who will have the final say in whether your case is adjudicated or not. At the same time, you have the right to re-file the I-751 if, for example, you had filed jointly and that was the interview you were called in for (in which case, appearing without the spouse was almost a guaranteed denial).
Right now, you need to be researching the best immigration lawyers in your area. They will be costly, but the experience they will bring will be invaluable to you over the next weeks and months.

I just wanted to let you all know (in case anyone was following this) that with all the above information submitted, I was just approved! No interview, no RFEs, and it took a little over 5 months from start to finish.
The following was submitted at the time:
A letter detailing the circumstances of our marriage and reasons for divorcing, Joint US tax return for the fiscal year 2013 Joint US tax return for the fiscal year 2014 Joint bank account statements spanning the duration of our marriage (2013 - 2015) Joint auto-loan statements, with an additional letter provided by Capital One Auto Finance detailing the loan in both of our names Joint lease agreement for communal home, year dated 2013 Joint lease agreement for communal home, year dated 2014 Summary provided by AT&T for family cellular phone plan, detailing both our names Correspondence between my wife and I during the good times, including correspondence between us and the landlord prior to our move in date
So, even though it was with a divorce waiver, so long as you submit sufficient evidence they aren't necessarily guaranteed to call you in for interview!

Well, if she can prove the marriage was bonafide like you're saying it was, there is no way you can stop her from removing her conditions if she wants to.
Why do you think that stopping her from getting a 10 year GC will make it easier to avoid a long and costly divorce? I don't see a direct relation between how your divorce will be handled by court and her immigration status. What I mean is, if she wants to make your life hard for divorcing her, it doesn't matter if her GC has been renewed or not. In fact, she could use your reluctance to renew it against you.

You cannot do anything without supplying evidence that fraud was committed. Some marriages work, some don't.
Divorce and move on. It can be painful but it's survivable.

The California Service Center state they are currently working on applications submitted on, or before, February 16th 2015. By that metric, your application is not currently outside of "normal processing times".
Still, it does appear to be a little random. I was getting a little concerned myself, filing in late May, but just today received the update that my card is in production. The ultimate answer is "anywhere between 6 months and 1 year, sometimes longer". You can always make an InfoPass appointment at your local field office and have an Immigration Officer take a look at your file. At that time, you may also request an I-551 stamp in your passport if you intend to travel and don't want to rely on the letter (although I have yet to read any stories which corroborate that the letter would ever be frowned upon or rejected)
