The ones who have recently got RFE's all got approved after sending in information.
For me I always tell people to describe when they first met in person on the initial 129F......

It shouldn't matter if she has two different birth records, as long as you can get a NSO original that has her correct name and correct DOB that you are using on the applications

My tip would be to for the family to travel to Hong Kong or Singapore or somewhere to show they will come back.
It seems with your fathers income, then your family has a better than average chance of getting approved.
