    If you follow the guide you should be fine. Good Luck! I-864 - Affidavit of Support: K-2's don't require their own separate I-864 with supporting documents (tax returns, etc). Make sure they are listed in section 9 of the K-1's I-864, and provide a photocopy of the K-1's I-864 with the K2's paperwork. You don't need to include copies of the supporting documents with the K-2's paperwork. You won't get an RFE if you do happen to provide a separate I-864 with supporting docs for the K-2. It's just not required.

Of course the Dems are worried about the support that Trump seems to be getting particularly from young black men, so now there is a report Trump used a bad word 20 years ago. Now there is no actual evidence of this, but like many leftist/Dems, we should simply believe them.

    What office? My cousins changed their names processing through the Detroit off which only does judicial oaths, and the oath ceremony was less than a month after the interview. Good Luck!

    If you take the spousal visa route, of course you will need to get married, then maybe about 6 months after she returns to start her 2 yr requirement you can submit the I130’s for her and the children. It will take 18-24 months for those to process to the consulate phase, and then when the 2 years are close to being complete she can schedule the interviews. Good Luck!

    It is just we know very little of the situation of your girlfriend and her children. Does she have sole legal custody of the children? Is their father still in the picture? You have to look at situations like this when bringing children to the U.S. as if the father is still in the picture, he will need to grant some level of agreement to allow the children to immigrate. You don’t need that to actually file an I130 for them, but it will be needed at the consulate interviews if they are required to have one. Good Luck! P.S. I would suggest pursuing an I130 over a K1 here.

    Are they both under 18? If you marry before the children are 18, they are considered children with respect to filing I130s for them. You will also have to navigate the legalities of immigrating children with respect to the other parent. Good Luck!

    Yes, you will need two I134s and supporting documents for both. You as the petitioner are always considered the main or primary sponsor even if you make zero dollars, and anyone else would be considered a co-sponsor. Good Luck!

    So another 4-5 years of waiting. We filed for my stepson in the F3 category back in 2020, so we are in the waiting game as well. Good Luck!
