LPR status is not reached until the visa holder enters the US, not when the interview is approved and the visa issued. Now if one family is approved before the others, gets their visas and immediately travels to the US activating their LPR status, then the other I864s should be modified to include them as LPRs sponsored. I don't see the address mattering. Passports are not tied to a physical address. I know when my wife and I did ours, we used our (her new) address and her foreign passport for the marriage license and were fine. Good Luck!

There isn't anything posted in the Documents tab? I am not sure where your local office is, but many are fairly open to walk-in biometrics appointments. I know my niece and her husband recently naturalized in Detroit, and their appointments were a week apart. She went with her husband and they were fine with doing the appointment early for her.

Correct, your father will fill out I864s for each sibling (one for each family), and then he can have up to two qualifying joint sponsors for each, so potentially a total of 12 I864s. Of course some of the joint sponsors could also be married, so it would be a good idea for their spouses to also fill out an I864A to go with the joint sponsor’s I864 especially if they file taxes jointly. Opinions vary. For instance we only provided redacted pictures of our shared credit cards with no statements. As to utility bills, etc., we only provided the first page of one bill (most recent to our filing date) to show both our names on them. Many people believe you should send each monthly bank statement of any joint account(s) to show any fund movement over the past two years or so. We actually do not have any joint accounts, but rather are co-owners of each other's account, so I showed the CU page showing each of us as said co-owners. As to organizing, just be sensible, providing a table of contents in the front, do not use tabs separating sections as USCIS will scan the entire package. I would focus on item 4, and if working upon entering the US is important, I would pursue the spousal visa.
