  1. My wife traveled like this several times with no issues. One suggestion, make a couple copies of the extension letter and keep the original safe as you need to present the original to CBP. One time an airline clerk in Beijing asked to keep the letter my wife had, luckily she had copies. Also, it is always a good idea to have a copy of the CBP carrier guide as sometimes you need to educate airline staff. Good Luck! https://www.cbp.gov/sites/default/files/assets/documents/2019-Mar/2019 Carrier Information Guide - ENGLISH.pdf
  2. It appears this was done as a full view, and not a study of any specific region. I know I did a study locally when we were replacing my wife's car, and we would save money charging, but the payback on comparable vehicles was something like 13 years and that assumed no increase of electricity rates (I also included basic maintenance such as oil changes to the operating costs of the ICE). Since we only plan to keep the vehicle for 3-4 years, it made no economic sense. Also considering the fact that EVs can or may emit more CO2 over the life of the vehicle (see previously posted Manhattan Institute Analysis), we decided to stay with the ICE powered vehicle.
  3. Based on your initial posting, you are still at your same address, but your USC spouse (sponsor per the I864) moved. You should probably have him fill out the I865 to officially change his address as an affidavit of support sponsor just to keep everything copasetic with USCIS. Good Luck!
  4. I keep hearing EVs are so cheap because everyone charges them at home. Hmm, seems to be a bit mythical. Most cars still cost more to charge than to fill up with gas It's not yet cheaper to charge many electric cars than it would be to fuel their gas-powered counterparts up with gas, a new study indicates. The cost of filling up at a gas station versus plugging in — and whether those two match up — largely depends on the segment and price, a study from Anderson Economic Group suggests, published Tuesday. Trucks cost about the same to fuel and charge, while entry and midlevel cars and SUVs cost more to charge at home and in public than they do to fuel at a gas station, the group found. Luxury cars and SUVs fall somewhere in the middle. https://www.businessinsider.com/ev-charging-cost-versus-gas-car-truck-suv-2023-7
  5. Go over to the Biden Corruption thread, there is a nice summary of the "coincidences" of timing.
  6. I am part of a big family, don't think we have 20+ LLCs though.
  7. Biden family business model confirmed For years, Joe Biden and the White House have claimed that Joe Biden “never discussed” and had “never spoken to” Hunter Biden about his business dealings. After Monday, those claims have been proved definitively false. Now, the White House has switched to the claim that Joe Biden “was never in business with his son.” And that new White House position is most likely true, sort of. There never was any formal contract binding Joe Biden and Hunter Biden into a business agreement. But one does not have to be in a contractual relationship with another person to help the other's business out, especially when that business is entirely predicated on one person simply having a relationship with another person. https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/opinion/editorials/biden-family-business-model-confirmed
  8. My thought is that Old Corrupt Joe is responsible for bringing her onboard as VeeP.
  9. Interesting analysis. Thinning the Ranks While a 96% compliance rate suggests general cohesion and a functioning military, the lurking reality is that a large percentage of troops who got the vaccine appear to have done so under duress. Tablet spoke with eight active and former service people for this article who come from some of the Army’s most prestigious units, as well as the Coast Guard. They paint a picture of a force that is divided and embittered and say that many of their compatriots resented being forced to take the shots against their will or even conscience in order to keep food on the table for their families. One soldier estimated that as many as 90% of his unit didn’t want to get the shots, and that many who caved now feel they should have held out for the mandate to be repealed. Another said he only knew three people in his entire platoon that got the shots “of their own volition” prior to the implementation of the mandate. From the military’s standpoint, the mandate was not just a matter of life and death but also of national security. If infections swept through the ranks due to troops refusing to take available vaccines, not only would that destroy morale and discipline, but it could also leave the country unable to respond to an attack or emergency. The problem with this argument is twofold: First, COVID-19 never posed a significant acute risk to healthy young people—the very demographic that overwhelmingly makes up the military—which means the vaccination drive was, at best, unnecessary. And secondly, according to several sources, the military’s approach to the vaccines, rather than emphasizing combat readiness, was used as a disciplinary tool to enforce political conformity and punish independent thought and ideological dissent. https://www.tabletmag.com/sections/news/articles/thinning-the-ranks
  10. The file may have been transferred, but that does not mean the interview will be scheduled immediately. Regardless, I tend to agree with your assessment, and it seems based on your list of evidence you may be fine for the I751 (not sure about the N400) as it definitely looks like the marriage was entered into in good faith. I found this that seemed helpful. Good Luck! Again, as I have repeatedly stressed in this blog series, separation, by itself, is not a ground to deny an I-751 petition if the evidence otherwise proves that the marriage was entered into in good faith. So don’t create a problem (ie. by not disclosing the fact of the separation) where there is no problem. I have navigated many clients through this difficult situation and have a very specific strategy and approach in dealing with the response to the RFE. If you find yourself in this situation and need assistance, please contact my office to schedule a consultation. https://www.hummelaw.com/2018/10/19/separated-but-not-divorced-navigating-the-jointly-filed-i-751-petition-to-remove-conditions-on-residence-part-ii/
  11. I certainly have sympathy for your situation. The question will be is how will the IO react when you tell them that you are now separated. Let us know how it goes. Good Luck!
  12. This will be the wrench. More than likely the IO will not be able to approve the I751 with the given information. I would say your documentation looks fine, but with the separation and who knows what in the future, it will cause issues. What has your attorney suggested as to how to proceed?
  13. Hmm, I guess he must be canceled. Btw, Mr. Dawkins has been quite consistent with these views. Richard Dawkins slams transgender 'distortion of reality': 'Sex really is binary' Transgender ideology amounts to a "distortion of reality," noted atheist and biologist Richard Dawkins commented on his podcast "The Poetry of Reality." Dawkins discussed the topic with "Trans: When Ideology Meets Reality" author Helen Joyce on Saturday’s episode where he reiterated that sex is a "binary" concept. "Sex really is binary. You’re either male or female, and it’s absolutely clear you can do it on gamete size. You can do it on chromosomes. To me, as a biologist, it’s distinctly weird people can simply declare ‘I am a woman though I have a #######,’" Dawkins insisted. https://www.foxnews.com/media/richard-dawkins-slams-transgender-distortion-reality-sex-binary
  14. What was really interesting is the Linsey Davis set up the ball on a tee with her question, and Kackling Kamala wiffed. Kamala Harris roasted for claiming she has 'great approval ratings:' 'There are literally no such polls' After Vice President Kamala Harris claimed she has stellar approval ratings in some polls, commentators across Twitter mocked her and asked to see them. In June, an NBC News poll found that only 32% of registered voters have a positive view of Harris, compared to 49% with a negative view, including 39% with a "very negative view." This left Harris with a net -17 rating, which NBC News noted is "the lowest for any vice president in the poll’s history." ABC News' Linsey Davis brought up that poll Monday and asked the vice president, "How much of a role, if any, that you feel that race and gender play in that?" Harris replied, "Well there are polls that also say I have great approval ratings," and Twitter commentators shredded her in response. https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/kamala-harris-roasted-for-claiming-she-has-great-approval-ratings-there-are-literally-no-such-polls/ar-AA1eF4FH
  15. Yeah, I was not promoting them, just comparing them to LEDs. In the end, lights go out and a sign of the 2nd law of thermodynamics is people not replacing those lights.
  16. To be fair, this is mostly a Leftist thing. The Left would not want any of their indoctrinated folks to jump off the bus, and they have a pretty big grasp on power inside the bureaucracies around the world.
  17. Even Gucci is not immune. Brazen bandits caught on video fleeing from LA Gucci store with luxury goods Shocking video captured the moment a brazen band of bandits sprinted out of a Gucci store in Los Angeles after swiping thousands of dollars worth of luxury items – as a security guard walked helplessly behind them. Nine men wearing hoodies are seen dashing out of the swanky store at the Westfield Century City mall at about 3 p.m. Monday carrying pricey bags and suitcases as onlookers record them on their phones. https://nypost.com/2023/08/02/video-shows-brazen-bandits-in-la-gucci-store-heist/

  19. Mayor Eric Adams gets only insults from Mayorkas over NYC migrant crisis What an insult. NYC Mayor Eric Adams trekked down to DC Thursday to meet with DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas about migrants from the border overwhelming the city. Mayorkas promised to . . . send a federal staffer. He’s got to be kidding. To do what, exactly? Keep a seat warm in City Hall? This, despite the growing calls from Democrats for real action by the White House on the border. https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/other/mayor-eric-adams-gets-only-insults-from-mayorkas-over-nyc-migrant-crisis/ar-AA1evsUV
  20. I will say that my experience with LEDs has been highly variable. I have some that last a little more than a few months, and others that last a bit longer. To be honest I had better experience with compact fluorescents.
  21. Ahh, who would have thought. I am certain we will see a major marketing campaign to get more jabs. COVID-19 is on the rise this summer. 22. It looks like her former boyfriend is trying to take advantage of his 5 minutes. Carlee Russell’s ex is ready to find love again, but his attorney won’t let him https://rollingout.com/2023/08/01/carlee-russell-ex-boyfriend-thomar-simmons/
