They will NOT receive COC's automatically. You will have to apply for them (personally you won't need them, a US passport is fine). Read:
--Automatic Citizenship through the Child Citizenship Act of 2000 (CCA)--
--Applying for a US Passport under the CCA--

If she came here on CR-1 green card, it is conditional green card. Report to USCIS that you fell victim of fraud. She will have a problem in two years when moving the conditions, since you/your friend can speak up again. I don't think she is out in the clear yet.

Your kids were all born after you naturalized. Physical presence as a LPR counts, too. Get them a CRBA and you shold be fine.

USCIS does NOT give priority to an application filed with a laywer. All of the immigration stuff is pretty much straight forward, and you save a lot of $ doing it on yourself with help of VJ.

Morocco doesn't have a USCIS field office, so you will not be able to file DCF there: http://www.uscis.gov/about-us/find-uscis-office/international-immigration-offices

The reason your writing about is not grounds for an expedite. Check the USCIS website to see what reasons are valid: http://www.uscis.gov/forms/expedite-criteria

I would recommend to just let the visa expire in your case. It will be automatically be invalid after 01/2014.

And only if you file with the Consulate in Frankfurt. Should you file the I-130 over the Chicago Lockbox you will need to provide translations.
Like the info reads, any documents.

Since you are planning on doing DCF in Frankfurt, this would be the best info to read on what it is and how it is done:

Definatly do DCF in Frankfurt. We were very quick and had everything done in just about 4 months. I would recommend this: Make an infopass appointment in Frankfurt and drop of all documents directly with a USCIS officer. They will go through the application and doucments with you on the spot. Friends of ours did this and were approved in just 6 weeks!

It will all depend on on the CO and what he had for lunch...
Sadly USCIS/Consulates don't care if you are a medical profession or a field worker. They follow the law and their guidelines on issueing visas. If you had an immigrant intent and withdrew, and file a visa application for a category that states you are not allowed to have an immigrant intent, I don't see the chances beeing too good. Ofcourse you will not know for sure unless you do it. They're also won't care about the timeline very much. Most of the time you will hear that the processing takes time. And if it takes more time then usual, thats that.
I'm not trying to lecture you, but most of the VJers (including me) speak out of personal experience when dealing with these goverment agencies. I had my fare share of rundowns with CO and Embassies, and alot of times, with things that should have gone after plan, went terribly wrong. Otherwise 80% of posts on VJ wouldn't be necessary.

Mark88 got a reaction from fantonledzepp in Exactly how long does the entire CR-1 process take?
It will depend on on the embassy. I would only provide one if requested.
I don't think this will be an issue, since you are a USC and are entitled to goverment benefits. As long as you meet the requirements for I-864, you should do fine. However, if asked you will have to provide them with the truth. What they make of that, maybe someone else knows.
From a financial point it will probaly be better. But don't forget the immigration issue here: If you don't meet the residency requirements, you can't transfer your USC to your children doing a CRBA and will have to do the whole I-130 process with them, too!

Please name your source, since the conusalte clearly states you do not have to be:
    http://santodomingo.usembassy.gov/atc-120514.html
I do think it is better to attend the interview together with the beneficiary, but according to the embassy website in Santo Domingo it is not required.
If you have the money to spend and don't want to handle the paperwork, you can use a lawyer. But don't think that it would be 100% gurantee that all will go smooth.
    Yes: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.eb1d4c2a3e5b9ac89243c6a7543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=1ac900c262197210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD&vgnextchannel=1ac900c262197210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD
It's usually slightly to alot faster. You will have to show legal presence in the DR.
