The Secret Service is trampling over their second amendment rights. Where in the 2nd does it create an exception for the government to decide when you can't keep your guns?

What if this was just a government plot to get them all in a room and kill them? They need to be safe.

There should be outrage. The 2nd amendment is sacred.

You nailed it! All of us redneck, hillbilly, mullet wearing NRA gun nuts can't go one second without having a gun near by. Why heck, i sleep, shower, and eat breakfast with all of mine.

Does the NRA not believe that the more "good people" armed with guns the better? It still is a little contradictory to their stance in other situations. If they truly wanted to protect Pence, and they believed in what they preach, they would advocate for arming all of the guests. That way there are even more guns available to stop a bad hombre.

Biased media yes...but not quite "Fake News".

Are you surprised that NRA people are law-abiding people? It goes to show you that the NRA is not the problem when it comes to mass shootings.

I realize this is true, but only partly...

"In New York City for example, the NYPD has a record of the manufacturer, model, serial number and caliber of every firearm (handgun and long arms too). You need to have a registration certificate on your person for every long arm in addition to needing a “Permit to Possess Rifles or Shotguns In New York City” (which are limited to 5 rounds among other restrictions).  Other municipalities also have a track record of ignoring the Federal Firearm Owner's Protection Act."

    Also..

States that Require Registration of All Firearms

    1. District of Columbia
    2. Hawaii

States that Require Registration of Handguns

    • New York

States that Require New Residents to Report Their Firearms

    1. California
    2. Maryland (handguns and assault weapons)

The BATFE also keeps 5 databases of guns, from traces, suspect guns, reported stolen, etc.  And if you've ever registered your gun on a military installation, I doubt that record ever gets expunged  (though I have no written proof of this, just my opinion).

Like I said, comunist states have made their own laws but the majority of the country doesn't have to register their guns.  Imagine the bureaucratic mess that would be if we did. This guy explaise it better than i can.

Mostly thru honest citizens, I would imagine.  But also, the police may be able to access gun registry data they the NCIS or FBI (not sure if this is possible, or legal).

There really is no "gun registry" for non NFA weapons. NICS only lets a dealer know whether a person is legal to purchase or not. It does not "register" weapons to a person. I cant speak for communist states like CA and CT. I think they might have gun registries for evel assault rifles.

guess that's why he was discharged, huh.

Well i just wanted to make sure you knew that it is not allowed since you were trying to rationilize that it's no biggie to smoke pot while in the military. Veterans who have been discharged from the military can smoke all they want. Just an fyi. But what it really comes down to is you are all for open borders for everyone regardless of any type of pesky illegal activity or felony records. Might as well scream it loud and proud.

there ya go. he wasn't kicked out for drug related charges, he got caught smoking weed. big difference. in many states, many veterans legally use marijuana to ease their ptsd symptoms - not that those calling for his deportation think he actually has ptsd or a tbi.

You are not allowed to use any type of drugs deemed illegal by the federal government while serving in the US armed forces. They even let you know that up front before signing up.

i bring up donald because he's gone to court over this exact thing and you (and others) are asking questions like you have no idea its illegal to discriminate based race. pretty par for the course.

And this coming from a person who thinks it's fine to be racist against one group of people but not another. I'll admit I'm just as much of a racist as you I guess.

The connection here is directly related to wealth. Yes obviously there are poor white people, but the chef's argument is that white people disproportionately hold more wealth, and therefore should be able to pay more. It's all about money.

Your example would be connecting crime with rent/money. Just because people of color are more likely to commit crime wouldn't be they would be more likely to be able to afford higher rent.

The guy is trying to put anyone out. If a white person can't afford the higher price, they pay the lower one. Some have chosen to pay the higher.

Would you agree both examples are racist though?
