    Wow, this is a heartbreaker.
I agree that being close to family is the most important, and take things a day or even an hour at a time. Try to avoid major decisions right now, what you need to do will become clearer as the days wear on. Take care of yourself and find someone you can talk to.
Also, to the above, the OP was asking a rhetorical question. She wasn't asking for your thoughts on a difficult and personal decision.

WOW!!! I simply cannot fathom this! My mind cannot wrap around the concept of a fellow American woman saying "oh its cool you have another wife, lets keep it a secret from immigration honey". Seems to me you will not get your visa and will receive a ban. A HUGE red flag this is, not to mention a huge mess, YIKERS!

The requirements depend on which state you live in. Usually, you can't have a driver's license if your I-94 is expired and you have to wait for your EAD or green card, whichever comes first.

Hi guys. This is a Canada-specific response: All you have to do is enter "Canadian: Multiple visits but none lasting longer than x number of weeks."
The intent of this question is to look for overstays. And because Canadians do not require arrival/departure records (I-94) there aren't, necessarily, any passport stamps. USCIS is quite familiar with the uniqueness of the Canadian visitor.
You may want to take a look in the Canada regional forum for further such information.

I wasn't asked at the medical or interview last year, nor did it come up at my AOS. I worked as an alcohol & drug counsellor when I lived in Canada and my work did come up in my medical/interview (I figure I had a mixed chance they'd ask as 1. many drug counsellors are ex addicts or 2. drug counsellors = don't use). Though, it would be easy enough of a question for me to deal with as I never used any substances.
Has anyone been asked about this recently at their interview/medical?
However, I was warned by a number of friends who all knew someone who was denied and told to reapply after rehab (for just admitting to using pot in the past, geeze!) in a year or two. If you are super worried, have her get a note from the doctor claiming she does not use substances/hasn't used in X years/not addicted to anything - I'm guessing that be the best evidence she can get her hands on - and only give it if asked.

He has no obligation to state he is going to get marry. He only has to disclose if asked directly. That the problem since none of us can predict what will be asked.
It is not fraud to enter the US, marry, and leave.
It is only fraud if he lie to enter the US.
If he stays in th US, then that's another thing.

    Good luck OP.

At the interview, it raised an eyebrow with the CO that I became "engaged" a month before my divorce was finalized (filed I129 6 months later). Fortunately, I had my separation agreement with me that showed we'd actually separated 4 years before that (just didn't get around to the formal paperwork until later).

Ohhh, you are the USC. In that case I guess you can be forgiven for not knowing that Montreal is arguably the best, and certainly the most culturally-rich city in Canada (Old Montreal is like a slice of 17th century France, with its amazing old stone buildings, and Montreal's restaurants are world-renowned), and for not being able to read a French menu. (Still, I would think your husband could have clued you in).
I just didn't want others on the forum reading your post and missing out on what Montreal has to offer because they only went to the mall.

This is so embassy specific that asking members about their different embassies will not help you to prepare for your own interview.
I would ask in your regional forum, post a poll and read the interview reviews in the embassy feedback.
Do what others before you advice from YOUR consulate to be fully prepared. My experience will not help you. Theirs will.
Having said that, often the CO will not accept any more evidence you want to submit on "certain" consulates (Nigeria for one). That's it. Your ship left the harbor.
The CO made up his mind before the beneficiary ever stepped into the interview and based on what he has seen will refuse or deny.
I have no clue about your consulate's quirks.
Just because the Jerusalem embassy lists a physical address does not mean you can send a package there. You may and you may not.
With all the security issues I doubt it.
Why not contact your consulate and ask if you can mail it instead of linking a consulate you are not even interviewing at ?

It's consulate specific, but, generally, a good idea for high fraud consulates and if your case has any red flags. Being there with your fiance for the interview is also beneficial for those reasons.

I already told you that frontloading or not does NOT change your processing time. The time has to do with current petition load at the service centers and changes from month to month. There is not a way to go faster.
Furthermore, speed should NOT be the goal. The goal should be getting a visa, which is the whole point of the process. Sending in a bare bones petition for the idea that it will go faster, just to be denied your visa at the end for lack of a bona fide relationship is pure foolery.

Dude I would honestly get the hell out of that right now. If you are caught doing that, you could face time in prison.
Just tell her its off and cut your losses. Or go to prison and start a business with a guy named Brick,+

On another ANGRIER note. Its because of people like you doing like this that honest, real couples who are in love (aka me and my husband) have had to live in near poverty because the government makes such tight guidelines.
    so eff you.
